TMAS Pro Leg Stretcher Kit

Reviews on other products had me concerned about the sturdiness of these devices, but I was pleased to find that this is not an issue at all.When it arrived, there was a dent in the shaft for connecting the wheel, so that it wouldn't fit over the shaft. I suspect that this may have been intentional, to make the wheel hold more securely to the shaft, but in this case it was too deep a dent. It was fixed in a few seconds with a hammer. I also found that if I stretch in shorts, then the vinyl padding sticks to my skin, making it stretch the skin rather than the muscle, but this was easy to fix with Bodyglide. It also doesn't show you a measurement for your angle of stretch, making it awkward to gauge progress, but there is a good argument that this is a benefit, not a problem. After all, I need to be stretching to my limit on the day, and not to some predetermined angle that I am striving to reach.pros: sturdy, comfortable, smooth adjustment of stretch, no limit to how far it stretches (for those capable of an overstretch), castors under the legs for smooth rolling in and out.cons: no measurement of stretch, skin can stick to vinyl, wheel is not attached, and will pull off if someone tries to pick the device up while holding the wheel.The device works exactly as advertised and the cons are minor enough that I'm still giving it 5 stars.

No assembly needed. Very well built , easy to use. Will definately help with the flexibility you are looking for. Definately worth the price.

If you are looking for a machine to allow you to achieve splits or oversplits in comfort then look no further. Very high quality product! The small increment increase feature is fantastic and the wheels on the legs are the cherry on top. At 6'1 I feel very comfortable during streching. Also the padding on the legs is both sturdy and comfortable. If you are shopping around STOP AND BUY!

Build quality isn't good for the price. The wheel instead of crank works beautifully. I love how the machine functions. What it is designed to do, it does well. What isn't good about it, is the build quality. Where the walls for the leg and the rest your legs streatch out across have a large gap. When I stretch it out my legs and ankles especially fall into the gap and up against one of the metal L brackets. That hurts. So I use the two things of styrofoam sent with the packaging to block my legs to keep them from falling in. That is annoying. I also noticed the metal "tongue" that props up against raises in the metal, supporting the back rest is pushing large dents into the metal, which is apparently very soft and may not last a long time. I haven't done anything in particular to cause it. But if my housemates caused it when I let them use the machine as I watched, neither of them did anything abusive to the product to cause that.

I have tried the leg stretchers that you crank which only work in 5 degree increments, which makes hard to get past your plateau with out causing injury. The pro leg stretchers lets you increase by only 1 degree increments which helps you progress faster. When using this product never hold the stretch longer than 2 minutes. and mixing it up will help your results, by bending forward at the waist and towards each foot. This product has helped me a lot in my splits progress and I recommend that if you are serious about increasing your flexibility this is the product for you.

Started using the pro leg stretcher only a week ago an it is perfect for what I wanted to achieve which is perfect splits, so even if u can do the splits perfectly this would take u to the next level because it opens to 360 degrees. This is truly an amazing equipment that I would recommend for anyone.
