A helpful guide to good nutrition!
This a very informative book on foods that I forget to eat which are healthy! It explains why they are good for you and gives ideas on how to fix them. So glad I could purchase it through Amazon!

15 Foods omitted - 86 to 100 — otherwise, a valuable health reference book!
TIME is a fine magazine, I am a long time subscriber:I looked forward to receiving this publication that I ordered on 15 Aug. 2019 - it arrived, well packed, BUT, it has omitted content as ONLY 85 of the 100 foods is printed - and this book was printed, perhaps in haste, the same day I ordered it (probably, print to order to avoid a big back stock) — I would like to have the omitted page with foods 86 to 100 !

A waste of money.
Just another trendy book someone put together with a lot of general information such as “they can help with colds” or “this can help with cancer.” The authors obviously did not do their research because they say things in the book that have been debunked. Don’t waste your money.

Great info in here!
As I sadly creep along into the back end of my 40s, realized it is time to stop eating like a teenager. This is super helpful and the pictures are fantastic.
