S'well Stainless Steel Traveler - 20 Fl Oz - Night Sky - Triple-Layered Vacuum-Insulated Travel Mug Keeps Coffee, Tea and Drinks Cold for 36 Hours and Hot for 15- BPA-Free Water Bottle

I bought this bottle to use for taking ice water to work and it is excellent for that purpose. The wide mouth makes it possible to use standard ice cubes - I put 5 cubes + water in the bottle in the morning and refill the bottle from a tepid water fountain whenever I drink all of the liquid (several times a day) and I have cold water and ice all day long. The outside of the bottle remains room temp with absolutely no sweating when full of ice water even when outside in 90 degree weather. I did take this bottle camping and went to bed with it about half full of ice water. The bottle fell over at night so that the ice was essentially sitting in the cap, and when I found it in the morning the cap was sweating enough that a few drops of water dripped in my tent and rolled down the bottle when I set it upright, but I should say that I have not seen any sweating on the cap when I throw the full bottle into my backpack for the drive to work. The size is good - I have one of the smaller Swell bottles and this is just enough of an increase in capacity, but the bottle is a little bit heavy when full. It is comfortable to hold, but wouldn't be if it was any larger. I have a Subaru Forester with square cup holders and the bottle does fit, but does not go all the way to the bottom so it's a little wobbly. The cap is sturdy with a really secure fit so I have no worries about leaks, but sometimes the stainless steel is hard to grip making the bottle hard to open (definitely need two hands). EDIT: After having this bottle for several months, I still love it for it's ice-holding ability, but sometimes the cap is REALLY hard to open (usually when the bottle is full). If you have any sort of issues with grip strength, this is NOT the bottle for you.

This is a travel mug that must be FELT in your hand to be appreciated. It looks great, but it feels better. It is balanced and easy to hold, and narrow enough to fit into most drink holders and my bag/purse. This mug keeps my coffee piping hot through a work day, even being opened and sipped from repeatedly. I love the color and texture of the one I got. I have dropped it a couple of times accidentally, and there are no scratches or dents yet, so it’s pretty durable. The only thing I wish was more user friendly is the process of twisting off the lid to drink - mine is quite tight and I have to work at it for a while to get it open. But overall, this is the best coffee travel mug I have ever owned!

I don't normally do product reviews, but this water-bottle is pretty fantastic. I think the thing I appreciate most is the shape. The slight taper of the bottle allows me to lash it to a strap on my backpack, or to feel more confident about putting it in the side pocket of my backpack, even if i throw it around or it goes upside down. That's huge because I tend to throw my stuff around. I haven't banged up the bottle, per se, but it definitely feels well constructed.And lastly, I have a yeti and hydro flask (other sizes and shapes), but the Swell keeps liquids colder or hotter better than both. Whether the three-ply really is better, I don't know, but I may be buying just Swell bottles from now on...

I wanted to dislike this bottle. Spending nearly $40 on a water bottle seemed fiscally irresponsible to me. Over the years, I have carried several different water bottles to work, to the park, or to the store. But, eventually, I always reverted to buying packs of single-use water bottles at the grocery store. So, why should I pay nearly $40 for yet-another water bottle? I'll tell you why. None of those other water bottles were able to keep ice frozen all day long. Each morning, I fill this bottle with ice, then add some filtered water from the fridge. I carry it with me in a hot car (it's summer here), and refill it a few times throughout my work day. By 7pm at night, my ice is still frozen, and my water is still cold. It's magical.

Excellent bottles! Keep the lids tight and your cold drinks stay cold all day! The same with hot drinks, although hot drinks don’t stay hot as long as cold drinks stay cold!

I love the wide mouth for putting ice in (since the other versions only work for small ice cubes) and it makes it easy to clean with a regular brush. I don't find it keeps things as warm as it claims (maybe 4-5hrs at most before a significant decrease in temp) but that is enough for me for most days. It is a big bottle so it's hard to get a grip with my tiny hands. And I do wish there was an attachment between the lid and the bottle so I didn't have to take the lid off completely.

Perfect size for my hand. I have the giant size to, and it’s great when I’m running a bunch of errands, but this is my all day every day. Keeps liquids cold or hot for way longer than I thought it would, I love love love it.

We have a few S’well bottles and during summer time I like putting ice in the bottle. Though other S’well bottles claim to fit most ice cubes, they don’t work with our standard ice cubes. This bottle fits ice cubes without any problem. You just have to be careful the bottle is tightly shut - otherwise it’ll leak. We had a few incidents before getting used to but now we take this bottle everywhere.

i usually don’t trust products when they say that things can stay hot for more than 6 hours, but coffee that i poured at 7:30 am stayed steaming hot until 6pm. pretty surprised and very impressed by this bottle. the only thing to watch out for is the lid, it tends to close unevenly so small leaks might happen but otherwise a super awesome product

This is a great travel mug. It keeps your drinks cold for over 24 hrs, and your drinks stay hot for six hrs. There is no weird smells or tastes. Even though it is a tad expensive, I think it is worth it because of the quality. I think they should be one price regardless of colour. I settled for my colour-night sky, because it was the cheapest.

Love this product but wish it fit into my car's drink holder. It's too wide but love the wide mouth on bottle for putting in ice, etc - especially in summer time

This water bottle really knows how to keep my water cold. I love the fact that the top is wider so it is easier to clean. I do wish it did hold more water than 20oz but it is great size to carry around.
