Review: Excellent! - I was apprehensive to get this due to the mixed reviews. But it runs beautifully and arrived the next day! It comes with the controller and the wires needed. The only minor negatives is that mine didn't come with the original box. The second was (partially positive for buying refurbished-good!) I discovered only one scratch but you barely see it at the side so it is not major issue. (Second photo) You would have to get really close to see it! Otherwise brilliant! Excellent!

Worst Broke item and dealing on AMAZON I have had!
Item sold (Xbox SERIES X) extremely slow laggy and takes a while to go from one screen to another, had settings from USA and CHILD LOCKS on it that I had to wait ages as it lagged to take these off. The controler is slow to react and had a white mark on it which was not in the listing. Now they will not get a pick up or give a QR code so I can take it back to get a refund, and expect me to pay for posted when they sold a defective item.

Excellent machine at a great price
Dubious about buying a refurbished one. But was in excellent condition and works perfectly.

Not quite excellent as described
Whilst the item seems to perform as expected. The listing suggested "excellent" which is not quite accurate. The box is trashed and split and peeling ans punctured. The console it self "no visible marks from 30cm" incorrect. It's scratched quite a bit in areas. There was human hair in the box when I opened it. The controller doesn't seem to be close to good condition. The thumbs are extremely loose and do not provide any tension. I will most likely need to replace the controller. The leads that are supplied are third party at best. The usb lead for the controller is extremely cheap replacement item. Not really happy about this "excellent" condition tag. Any functional issues when tested I will update review to reflect.

Performance wise very good like brand new, but did have a few scratches and dinks on the exterior.
