We are using it for some time now! Really good quality and it’s worth every penny. Very easy to use, love the release and hold and retraction.

Really pleased with this purchase, the hose itself is of good quality and very durable. Very easy to install and the whole unit folds flat against the walll when not in use. The hose is easy to pull out from the housing and retracts well so you dont have excessive hose trailing over thefloor when using it around different areas of the garden. Good value for money and thoroughly recommend.

The hose reel itself seems good, retracting easily when needed.The major issue I have with it though, is the supplied fasteners.Firstly, the instructions are useless. No mention of the size of hole required, just a vague diagram for different types of wall - it references installing a television bracket??The supplied wall plugs are 12mm diameter, the bolts are only 6mm diameter.What this means is the bolts are too small to properly bite into the plug, which results in the bolt just spinning in the wall rather than tightening. Smaller diameter plugs should be supplied.The 2nd fastener issue is, once the hose is inserted into the bracket, there’s a hole for a bolt to stop it being lifted off. Nothing is supplied for this purpose.Again, the hose itself is grand, just let down by poor fasteners

Very sturdy as it is secured with 12mm rawl plugs and bolts. Very easy to install (if you use the correct masonry drill bit 12mm, i tried a 10mm at first in error). Once on the wall there is little to no weight, it performs well with no leaks so far and easily rewinds itself!

Is a great piece of equipment. My partner said she felt like Margo off above old sitcom lol. Solid designed bracket, comes off easily for storage in winter. and easy to install too

This is the second one of these I have had. Albeit in a now different colour and rebranded. It unrolls and retracts easily and smoothly. Its exactly the same as my old Garden Leaf reel which I had for 5 years and left it outside in the winter months, come snow,ice, hail rain sun etc etc. It would have lasted longer If I had completely drained it and garaged it during the winter. But, we have dogs, so it was more convenient to leave it out to make life easier when rinsing down the drive after cleaning up their messes. If I get similar use out of this one, I'll be very happy.

Delivered today and installed on back of house.The hose itself seems to be of good quality, ok the spray gun seems cheap, but other than that it works as intended. The tension to withdraw the hose isn't too bad - and as it's new, this may become easier still. The auto retract works fine, and it has a spooling device to walk the hose back onto yhd drum side to side, so it doesn't kink.Only two gripes really, it comes with a hose connector, and I had to use the one supplied, as it repeatedly blew off my original tap connector - that's no Biggie.However, one thing to note, the lag screws supplied are under size and pull out of the wall.They are 8mm x 50, they would probably be fine if screwing into a wooden fence, but they barely bite into the supplied wall plugs - withdrew it once, and it was off the wall.I managed to find lag screws in the garage, and changed out the top two for 10mm x 75, they worked great, bit into the plugs, and it's rock solid.Would I recommend? Yes, so far, as long as your aware you will need to buy some larger fixings.Only time will tell if it proves to be a reliable and robust product, but for the price, if it does prove to be so, I'll be happy.

Installer depuis environ 2 mois, le produit rend les services qui lui sont demandés. Pratique car il pivote a droite et gauche. Le tuyau revient à sa place sur les 50 mètres. A noter que suite à "la perte" d'un exemplaire pendant le confinement, l'entreprise a accepter de rembourser le produit égaré.

Perfekt, sehr praktisch da es von der Wandhalterung abnehmbar ist. Pistole hat verschiedene Sprüheinstellungen. Einzugsautomatik arbeitet wie sie soll.Außerdem wirkt das Gehäuse ziemlich robust.

Habe 2 Stück für meinen Vater bestellt.Verwendung finden diese bei uns im Garten.Funktionieren auch nach ca einem Jahr immer noch einwandfrei.Eines der beiden bestellten Geräte hat nach Lieferung nicht richtig funktioniert (Im Inneren ist Wasser ausgetreten.. irgendetwas war undicht)Nach Kontakt mit dem Verkäufer hat dieser uns kurzerhand ein neues Gerät geschickt. Alle Achtung, so muss Kundenservice aussehen 👍👍👍Gerne wieder.

produite reçu en double, paiement en double aussi , dommage de ne pas avoir pu a ce jour, retourner un des produit aussi simplement que la livraison , me retrouvant responsable d'aprés le site , d"avoir fait deux commande ? je ne comprend pas cela , je n'aurais pas commande un produit deux fois a la même heure , j'(aurais si non sélectionné deux fois pour un seul paiement . erreur pas de moi suis sur .si non bon produit
