I especially like the clearness and quality of voices on both ends of a conversation clear and sharp...and the adjustable volume is great.The MIC is so adjustable, and in so many directions and is flex steel.and.you can put where YOU want it..really great.Another great feature of this set is the steel overhead band....my last set was all plastic and it broke...and had to be taped and that didn't work well at all...the steel band is a great feature I'm sure all will agree..It's a great buy and a quality telephone headset that is equal in performance to other higher priced sets.A really great BUY...and.well worth the small cost..~..it's quality and performance will surprise you and make you glad you ordered it......A truly great BUY.~ ydnar0591, in Oio

Doesn't fit very well and I have sort of a normal guy's head but you can bend the metal bracket in between and somewhat make it fit. It needs more Arc and adjustability. Works well with the unit in phone system I have and at least helps me hear my meetings clearly.

This is a good piece of gear. The incoming audio is very loud -- almost too loud, but there is an inline volume control to deal with that. People on the other end say they can hear me fine. A minor complaint on the audio is that I can't hear myself talking in the earpiece as I would in a normal handset. That's just different than what I'm used to, so it's not really a big deal, but it just FEELS a little off. The build quality feels solid, and the comfort of the earpieces is fine, with pseudo-leather pads. The mic boom feels a little wimpy, but it is easy enough to position. I was happy enough with the low-end 2.5mm binaural headsets I used to get at Walmart, but they stopped carrying those, and for roughly the same price, these are definitely better. Overall: 4.4 stars. Go for it.

The headset is flimsier than I'm used to but the sound quality is very good. I have to turn our phones down on the lowest volume and it still comes in loud and clear. Callers say I sound very clear. I was very happy with the really long coiled cord that is included. That was a nice surprise. I'd buy these again. Good value for the money.

4/1/2019 update. Moving on up to a real headset. Going to buy the Plantronics headset to replace this junk. What a shame. Once again, plug the headset into my cordless phone handset (Panasonic KXTG) Only to find it not working properly… As I twisted the plug into the phone I heard all kinds of scratching and clicking… Just an extremely poorly made headset. When it was working, you can’t hear your own voice through the headset… And the metal part that separates the two earpieces is so unforgiving it’s either extremely Uncomfortable, or falling off your head. I’m going to call Amazon… At this point, if I return it again, I don’t want to do any damage to my reputation of very few returns with Amazon. I’m really not sure if Amazon holds returns against you, but I don’t have a big return history. I spend a lot of money and don’t return many items. This headset is sponsored… Now I know why. Please, don’t waste your time effort or money buying this headset. Find something better. Moving on to the Plantronics headset… Maybe my best bet at this point . 3/22 **. Update***. I deducted another star. Three days after purchasing, this thing crapped the bed. I’m giving the seller/manufacture another opportunity to show me that this thing was worth the money. I tried the headset on three different handsets (to Panasonic and one AT&T) to no avail. Let’s see how this company responds and what they sent me for a replacement. (Slips)..I feel bad deducting 2 stars for this design flaw, but this headset could have been made better. I will update this and increase stars if my opinion is being negatively influenced by my previous headset's comfort and quality (at an equal price)

These are the only brand of headphones I could find that match my headset for my work, so I buy them when they break down. I had three and two broke down, so I bought two more. They're useful land comfortable so long as they're still working.

After a couple of minutes use, it develops an echo that is very annoying on both ends. Volume control is "iffy" at best. Comfort is not great, but livable.

Fits well, though I had to play around with positioning to find the best place on my head. Love the mic, most others I've had don't reach around my face as far and people had trouble hearing me. Clarity and volume are better than others I've had. Extra long, partial coiled cord, wasn't a must for me but good to have.

The quality of calls is excellent. Another great feature is a rotary volume control (Pot), to fine tune your volume level. The only negative about this headset is its uncomfortable to wear, the earphones tend to want to form their own way. Its not form fitting at all. And very uncomfortable for placing the mic on the right side of your face. But for this price its an excellent Value.

I bought this headset to use with a Panasonic cordless phone to allow hands free use (I clip the phone to my belt). The sound through the headphones is much clearer than through the handset, and the volume control is useful. I use it so that I can get on with jobs around the house while chatting on the phone. I find the headphones comfortable, but as others have mentioned they do not grip tightly. The metal band is adjustable in length and is rather narrow - I suspect that those without a good head of hair might find it uncomfortable.

Le premier appel que j'ai fait avec cel téléphone, mon client m'a donné 10/10 pour la qualité du son. Seul petit bémol, on dirait que la prise est un peu trop fine, ce qui cause des mauvais contacts et du grésillement sur la ligne. Je dois m'assurer de ne pas bouger le fil.Je ne vois pas pourquoi je paierais plus pour un casque d'écoute aec fil.

If you need a headset for work or anything important dont bother with these. Every client that I spoke to complained about the sound quality so I had to buy another set two days later. Just rubbish.
