Fly London Yesk Women's Ankle Strap Wedge Sandals

I love these shoes! I already have them in red and couldn't resist the petrol ones too! I love Fly shoes as they're so comfy and these particular ones are very trendy. I bought some Fly sandals about 4 years ago and wore them to death so when these were reduced, I couldn't resist. A tiny point to note though......I have personally found that because they are so comfy and therefore maybe not quite as supportive as more solid heeled shoes, my feet tend to ache if I wear them all day and do lots of walking around. I therefore now only wear them for a few hours at a time and not when I'm intending to do lots of walking. They're still gorgeous to me!

Perfect fit and really comfy. I am a normal size 5.5/6 and I ordered a 6. If you have slender ankles then there might be a problem with the velcro not lining up. I have average ankles. I have found a way of easing off the strap without constantly ripping off the velcro and I imagine this will lengthen the life of the fastening. These sandals look great with ankle grazers or skirts.

I am a big big Fly London fan? I have at least six pairs of boots and about ten pairs of shoe/sandals! Having had several ops on my feet I struggle to find shoes that fit, are comfortable and look stylish. (Not quite over the hill yet just beginning to climb)! Fly London manage to have style with comfort, with some fantastic colour ranges which make an outfit all the more special if you can find a coordinated colour. Which brings me to these sandals, I have previously said I would never buy fly in the petrol colour!! Here I am with a pair of petrol colour fly sandals. As with all fly shoes/sandals/boots they are lovely quality. I am usually a 4/37 in most shoes and indeed all my previous Fly purchases are 4/37, but I know from experience that fly can be a bit hit or miss with how a particular style fits and I am beginning to recognise styles that I know won't be suitable. I did have my doubts with these especially the ankle strap and it seems I was right. I slipped my foot into the body they looked fantastic, the way the strap angles across the front of the foot is very flattering and quite slimming. I put the strap around my ankle, hmmmm! It barely reached the Velcro let alone cover it ( I have several pairs of fly with Velcro straps and unless they completely cover the Velcro I send them back, there is nothing I like about uncovered Velcro) I am devistated as the colour is perfect for a new dress I have for a function at the weekend. Unlike my previous attempts with this colour I think the less clumpy heel is more flattering and not too high and the ankle strap effect would if it fitted look quite elegant. The fact that Fly have these wonderfully comfortable heels that I literally can wear all day without my feet aching is a bonus. If the strap had been an 1" /1 1/2" longer I would have kept them. I really am gutted. If you have 'normal' sized ankles then I would not hesitate to recommend these. Also I note that some people seem to comment on the fact they are Velcro and not buckled, I, as I said previously have several pairs of Fly London sandals most of which have the Velcro buckle and I find them easy to put on and take off and I have never had any problems with them unfastening or slipping. Try these and I hope you have better luck than I did! Luckily I ordered a pair of shea 659 last week and they fit really well and were at a bargain price of £48.04 so all is not lost!

As expected & very comfortable I've worn mine to work ( have a few pairs / various colours ) & really served me well. Feet still intact ! Not cheap, But well worth the money !! also look great !! I keep on the lookout for Flys sandals wherever I go shopping on- line.

Great fit, lovely pillar box red. So comfy that I bought them in blue and black too. Once you try Fly nothing else measures up.

My second pair of Fly London and will not be my last. The fit is perfect, they are very comfortable and I love the style.

Comfy soles.Very wide strap around the ankle. Velcro fastening around ankle - can't be adjusted, really frustrating. Worn them once and because of rough stitching on one of the shoes my foot bled, so not happy. Overall they don't look particularly elegant on. My first fly pair that won't be worn again. Quite expensive for what you get.

Love these sandals but the strap going over the foot was too big and no way to tighten it so unfortunately I had to send them back. Gutted!!! Would give them 5 stars for style and comfort but only 3 for fit.

These are my fifth pair of fly londons. The shoes are stylish and comfortable. After knee surgery I had to give up high heels, but I can walk in these wedges all day. The brand usually fits true to size, but these run large. I usually wear a U.S. 7B, but needed a 36 in these.

The color was not as vibrant as shown and the ankle strap was too large for my ankles.

Son muy bonitas, muy cómodas y de numero perfecto, pero la tira del empeine me va grande, las tendré que llevar a un zapatero que me las arregle. No las devuelvo porque me gustan mucho.
