An amazing keyboard for the price
I wanted a new gaming keyboard because I was just kind of tired of my other one, and this one came up a lot. The design is cute, and the little gif screen is a super cute touch. :) The sound of the keys is creamy and not too thwacky, they're not too loud, but my mic does pick them up a bit. They are very responsive in game, including FPS. The volume knob is very convenient. Overall super impressed and recommend!

Love this keyboard!
This is my very first mechanical keyboard and I love it! I've had no issues whatsoever using this gaming both wired and in 2.4ghz mode. The battery life is really good! I was worried about the transition over to a mechanical keyboard due to noise and the pressure being a little different on the keys, but I'm really enjoying this one. It is quiet enough my friends can't hear me clicking when we're playing games, it's kind of a deeper sound. I haven't noticed any rattling on the longer keys like the space bar. I love having a knob for volume control instead of buttons. Also being able to customize the little screen with a GIF is really nice too. Took a little work to get it right, as well as watching a tutorial video, but it works well! The LED's look really good also and I love all the different options you can choose from for them! I would definitely buy this again!

10/10!!
Its quite large for my liking, but for some it might just be an average sized keyboard. It sounds very very nice, sort of thocky and creamy? Its not too loud but not exactly quiet. very easy to press down and very pretty colors. no delay in typing and no discomfort

LOVE this keyboard
Getting used to a new keyboard can be difficult but this particular one was effortless. The fingers just fall right on the keys and glide to the next like life long friends. I do not have much experience with mechanical keyboards but I did research before I pulled the trigger on this unit.Super, super happy with it.Tips:The manual is the biggest down side as it doesn't really explain the options that you perform on the keyboard without additional software. Here are some of the hoykeys that I found particularly useful.Fn + Win = Locks the "F" keys to their "alt" mode.(Allows for media controls = F11 & F12 are the volume up and down buttons and F10 is mute.)Fn + Volume Knob (for 3 seconds) = Lock the scroll wheel to only work as a volume knob, and have the LED screen display a selected .gif. Pressing the knob in this mode will allow for mute and unmute. Same hoykey press enables the options menu such as led effects, colors, battery, time & date, and more.Fn + Side arrow keys = Cycles ColorsFn + Up & Down arrow keys = Cycles color intensityFn + Spacebar (for 3 secs) = Resets keyboard to factory default settingsFn + PgUP = PrintScreenConclusion:If you're in the market for a comfortable, compact keyboard with practical features, at a budget price point, this keyboard here will get the job done. Everything can be upgraded and replaced on this one, but what you get out of the box is (imo) excellent for most to unbox and get to work! Also the battery life on this unit is great! I get about a week of just battery use with 5 min sleep enabled.

Hard to Beat for the Price
Update Review: August 13, 2024I replaced all the keycaps and the keyboard sounds so much better. Everything else is still the same, only change are the keycaps. So the hollow/clacky sounds was all because of the stock keycaps. I got new switches too but it doesn't look like I need to change it now. I will keep those for another project.Original Review: July 16, 2024This is keyboard number 8 for me. I have keyboards of various sizes and different switches. I would have to put the AK820 in the middle of the road. It is not the best keyboard I have but nowhere near the worst.Layout – Let’s start with the size of the keyboard. 75% is perfect for gaming when you want something small but you still want the F1-F10 keys. I tend to use those keys as hotkeys, otherwise I would probably use a 60% for gaming. I also like the knob for quick and easy volume controls.RGB – South face RGB. Good lights and you can change the RGB modes without needing any software, so that’s nice as I am not a huge fan of RGB software. If RGB is not your thing, you can turn them off as well.Keycaps – Cherry/OEM profile. I have the white and purple keyboard. It is easy to read but I don’t typically look at my keyboard when typing.Switches – I have the gift switches. They are not my favorite. They are not bad by any means, but I am just comparing them to switches I have in my other keyboards. I will most likely swap these out with something like the Gateron Milky Yellow Pro. Good at a reasonable price.Sound – Not thocc. I don’t know if it is the keycaps or the switches, but typing on the AK820 sounds hollow and clacky. I have 2 other keyboards sitting right next to the AK820 and I am bouncing back and forth between the 3 and the AK820 sounds the worst. So you are looking for more of that deeper tone, you might not be too happy with the AK820. One of the keyboards I am comparing with is the cheapest hot swappable keyboard I was able to find on Amazon. I got it for a single purpose, to mod it and see if I could have it compete with higher end keyboards. That keyboard, modded, sounds better (to me) than the AK820 as is.Price – This is the saving grace for the AK820. I was able to pick up this keyboard for under $40 during Prime Day. At this price, it is hard to beat and with a few changes/modifications this could be a great keyboard. Conclusion – Overall, I believe this is a decent keyboard. Has a good look and feel. The typing experience is also decent. For those wanting to get into the mechanical keyboard hobby, this would be a good place to start. When I have more time, I plan on taking this keyboard apart and start with some simple (free) mods and go from there. I plan on only using this keyboard for gaming and one of my other keyboards as my daily driver. With that said, the AK820 is solid keyboard for a really good price. I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Exceeded my expectations
The media could not be loaded. I honestly expected a simple light up keyboard but I’m blown away with how awesome this keyboard is. The typing sounds amazing, it’s compact, battery life last long, custom LED lights, and you can customize the TFT screen to whatever you’d like. You have to download the software for customization on the AJAZZ site if you’d like to customize the keyboard and TFT screen. I highly suggest the ezgif.com to split and upload the GIF’s onto the keyboard.

Legit
The media could not be loaded. Functions very well and very accessible. Big enough but not to big that it takes up space on my desk. Surprised by the quality since this keyboard was cheap compared to other mechanical keyboards. Also sounds and feels creamy. Love this keyboard
