I got the king bed with the 10 inch firm mattress. Some things to point out are it is insanely heavy if you live on the upper levels of an apartment or have to get it up stairs know you’ll need help to get it up unless you get the setup and install. I recommend one get that unless you know you can get help for cheaper. Secondly give the mattress some time to take its shape and firmness at first it might seem too soft wait for 2-3 days before it gets to its full size and firmness. Third is get a headboard without it you will miss the feel of a proper bed (jut a preference you can get 40 dollar brackets from the manufacturer and attach to any headboard of choice gives it a complete look you can also get a king bed frame for the same price depends on how much space you have. I wish we would’ve gotten the split king just more freedom to change your settings without disturbing others, I noticed in some settings the mattress doesn’t stay in place such as the zero G you need more weight I am 200 pounds and that is not enough on the king size bed, the massage settings are great but it is vibrations don’t expect a massage chair type experience but still great. The bed is more than you can ask for the price, I am very pleased with the quality and build I recommend.

I do not normally write customer reviews as many of the things I purchase typically are odds and ends type of things. However, I spent some cash-ola on this bed, and I think it commands a review. My wife demanded that we needed a new mattress after she arose one morning practically hobbled. I laughed. She wasn't pleased.Anywho, we reviewed several names or mattresses, and reviewed....and reviewed some more. Purchasing a mattress online can be a daunting experience, and let's face it-many of these companies allot a 100 night try out or you can return it (Bill Burr voice "GROSS!"). So, we didn't want to buy the thing, only to not like it and need to pay to restock it.After several reviews and discussions with friends we opted on a bed with an adjustable base. So, then we needed to find the right one to buy. Again, after searching review after review-we landed on old Sven & Son-you ever hear of them. Yep, me neither. But, I did my research, and many of the reviews kept me coming back to them. And them compare their features to others. And, we just said "let's go with Sven."A few things that I really want to underscore here that I personally feel made this the right purchase for us.1. customer service. I made the online purchase, and Sleep Geeks (the wholesaler, I presume) called to validate that we dropped 2,000 smackaroos on one of their beds.2. once they confirmed the purchase-I got a call 2 days later with shipping instructions-coming from Jacksonville via freight...would you be available for home delivery etc? Again better than expected customer service.3. the freight company that they outsource too kept me in the loop-took about a week and a half to get the items to my home.4. the attention to detail with packaging. Everything was nicely shrink wrapped, no holes in boxes, no dirt on the plastic that was bundled for the mattress. You could tell this thing was sitting around in some mildewed warehouse for several years.5. ease of assembly. Listen, no lie the components are hefty, and require two people to move unless you're testing your personal feats of strength.6. literally, once I got this suckers up my flights of stairs, it took me less then 15 minutes to properly set up and position.7. attention to detail in the electrical components. This may seem a little hoity toity on my part; however, when you flip the adjustable bases over, all of the various motors, wiring and components are nicely put together. Wires were cinched up with zip ties, nothing was dangling. The motors were tied up close in their own pockets. And the underside was inspected properly as it was numbered in pen. This may seem like a whatever detail, but there are a lot of wires and electrical components to this thing, and my dog usually crawls underneath our bed. Nothing is hanging low for her to get caught on or mess with.Ok...Stephen King thanks for the novel how is the bed??? Listen, this thing is really, really comfortable. With this mattress we tossed a gel, memory foam, astronaut polymer technology mattress just in the garbage because it wasn't cutting it any longer. I don't foresee that with this mattress and its adjustable base. It has some many features, LED lighting, USB plugins, massaging features. I'm pretty sure it can order you a pizza. Bottom line, I honestly have slept so much better than I have in recent years. Like, I really get a deep, deep sleep. It does take some getting used to sleeping in an adjusted position. I mean after all it's similar to a hospital bed without all the IVs, lab work, and staff poking and prodding you-unless that's your thing. Why I say it takes time getting used to sleeping in a pseudo upright position because I'm side sleeper, and it doesn't feel right sleeping on your side when your feet are akimbo. So, you got to find your position, and then you're good to go.In all seriousness, we THOROUGHLY enjoy the hell out of this thing. We got a California King. It's two twins sandwiched together to form a king. The mattresses don't move apart from one another when you are...you know...doing your thing...I've owned this now for about three weeks, and really can't even find a complaint if I wanted to make one up. It was a great purchase for us. It was pricey sure, but when compared to other makes and models when you factor in the features you get I really think it was a no brainer.

This is a true review from someone who was skeptical about buying this from Amazon! Do not waste your money on buying an expensive Pedic beds. This is it. There aren’t any negative except the massage function that only runs for 20 minutes and then it turns off on its own. I don’t fall a sleep fast so I wish there was. Timer. Everything else is 100% spot on.Don’t think just buy it! You won’t regret it

I love it. Especially the pre set settings. Use them all the time. Was easy to set up once you got it to were you wanted it since it so heavy

I will admit that I was hesitant to purchase such an expensive item without actually trying it out and knowing if I would like it, but after reading all the reviews and a LOT of extensive research on these types of beds, I felt confident. It arrived sooner than expected, which was great because we were moving into a new place and didn't place the order for it until we signed the papers. It ended up arriving two days after we took ownership and it was 4 days earlier than expected.I will start with putting it together, my husband had to use the hand truck to take the boxes upstairs because they are very heavy. Once my husband got everything out and ready to assemble, he was done within half an hour. I am a bit worried because after he had it all together and there were no parts left over I noticed that there is a gap in between our mattresses. I asked him if he connected the bar that attaches them together and he said that there was nothing like that and there was nothing in the instructions regarding that either. I am not overly concerned since we have been sleeping (and other things) on it for almost two weeks now and it doesn't seem to be an issue.The remote control is nice to have on each side of the bed, although I would like to have control over my husband's side since when he snores I have to get up and walk around the bed to his night table and raise his head! I ended up only having to do that once and since then, he just automatically puts it in that position when he comes to bed. I wear a sleep mask and as I am getting into bed I always take my glasses off and put the on my forehead so that I can just slide the mask down, I grab the remote and bring my legs up and my head just a touch and then pull my mask down and it's off to slumberland in minutes.As for the lights under the bed, my husband seems to be more impressed with them than I am. I guess since I sleep with a mask I don't really need the light! It's nice for our Yorkie who will sometimes get up during the night to go to the bathroom on his mat and then he climbs his little stairs back up to bed.Now, for the massage - It is not a massage with a rolling bar like in the mall but it really does sooth me and it actually helped with me having spasms throughout the night. We both agree that is the perfect amount and it is not loud so it's not disturbing.And the most important part, the comfort. I love this bed, period. I was nervous because it was a long time that I spent researching and then convincing my husband that this was the one that we needed. He snores and since I had been diagnosed with Breast Cancer two years ago, the treatments and the ongoing therapy that I am doing cause me to have problems with my knees and hips. So, while my husband needs his head lifted so his snoring stops and I need to have my legs up for my joints and my heart. This bed fits the bill on both of these, but any King adjustable would do that. I spent hours reading reviews on this one and then went to other sites and got reviews/opinions of Sven & Son. We are both truly overjoyed with this purchase. Neither of us have had issues with getting a great nights sleep now that we have this gem. And for the price, trust me, I tried some in furniture stores that carry other brands and I was not impressed. I had this bed on my Wish list for almost a year before we got it. I did not want to forget the choice I had made once I had made my decision.Overall, the entire decision was the best choice we could have made. No regrets.
