You think you do it every day but you don't
I was deeply sceptical about this having tried hypnotism before to lose weight. What you have to focus on is the 'rules' behind the actual hypnotism (or relaxing mind programming). These rules are not painful by any means and don't involve what you can eat or not or when (I ignore the sugar one and it's done me no harm so far!). Just how.I've gone from being an extreme diet obessed lunatic (either 'I'm going to live on nothing but fruit and 3 ryvita and run for an hour' or 'I mucked that up I'll have a pizza, a bottle of wine and a donut and a slab of dairy milk whilst watching telly") to a healthy happy person with a balanced view on food, exercise and life in general.You do have to watch the DVD (INCLUDING the introduction not just the hyno bit) every day at first and then top up once in a while. It is all about practice - for your brain and your body. Doing it once isn't going to do much more than inspire you.So far, I've lost 9lbs and about 10 inches (in 7 weeks). I'm loving exercise, loving the fact I can eat whatever I want and totally loving the freedom this gives me. I can for the first time ever go out for dinner without either pigging out or eating a salad I don't really fancy. AND not feel guilty, crap or put on any weight. Paul, where were you all my life?

Fantastic for those with no wllpower!
My biggest problem with trying to lose weight was and still is lack of willpower, that is why I liked this video so much. Paul is able to get inside your mind and rearrange the way you view food without you even realising that he is doing it. I lost a stone and a half with out any effort on my behalf and without exercising, all you have to do is to sit and watch the video for a few evenings and your mind does the rest!. I am now a very healthy size 12 and feel fantastic. I would have no hesitation in recomending this video to anybody and have done so to all my family and friends who were equally as impressed as i was

A waste of eyesight.....
My wife bought this DVD out of interest, and we sat down to watch it last night. In my opinion, it is useless - I'd have got more pleasure watching the 12 quid this cost go through a shredder.It seems to consist of pictures of waves, beaches and sunsets, with McKenna talking very slowly about relaxing, and thinking about eating etc etc.If you are the sort of person who needs someone to tell them that eating too much food makes you fat, then this could be the DVD for you. If not, then save yourself some money, and don't buy this item.

This DVD is ok but a lot of it is repeated, and all of it is explained to the listener much the same as we have been advised, by many, over the years.

weight loss guru
I have had a copy of this one in video for years before updating to the DVD. It is always successful in helping me to lose weight when I get a bit hefty.The hypnotherapy part is around 25 minutes long and consists of lovely beach scenes with Paul talking in the background. It is very motivational and a bit like going on a short holiday to an exotic location every night.The hardest part is remembering to set aside time to watch it.You should buy it if you are willing to give yourself over to the concept of hypnotherapy.

Paul McKennas Easy Weight Loss
Apart from helping me stay positive & achieve some weight loss without really dieting, I have found this the best ever tool to send me to sleep at night! Some of the messages come back to haunt me during the day - for example paul suggests always leaving some food on the plate and enjoying every mouthful, and I have followed instructions - Ive been brainwashed and I like it! I would definitely recommend this!

Quick delivery worth the money
Arrived very quickly can't say if I was hypnotised but felt as though I had a nap really weird! Burt hey ho, suddenly aware of what I was eating could hear Paul's voice in my head (again very weird) but lost 4 pound 1st week, better than any other "diet" I have ever tried, felt free from "diet" strings and ate what I wanted but less of it eg two biscuits instead of whole pack!! but still felt full. Hopefully this will continue.
