Good product
The capsules are small. I have tolerated them without any GI upset. Very pleased thus far.

I used it everyday until bottle was finished and really didn’t feet any difference. Maybe needed to keep on using but just didn’t buy again. Not sure if beneficial.

Some people report broken seals... There's an inner seal, and a child proof cap. I think the product is good.
