Purchased about a year ago. What a great docking station. I run 2 monitors, 2 external HD, HD Card, mouse, external keyboard, external stereo speakers and a flash drive on this station. This is a great docking station that I should have bought years ago. Only issue: sometimes my monitors blink. I do not know if it’s from the DS or because of my computer. I have been having computer issues so it’s hard to pinpoint where the problem is.

I needed to upgrade my docking station for the one I had could only support 2. Finding this gave .e hope that i could run 3 monitors as the last one just covered 2 however, I get nothing at all. Not a single monitor works, I read the. Included manual including going to the Intel site and downloading all the graphics drivers claimed in the manual that needed upgraded. Still nothing at all. Any chance anyone has advice on how to get this to connect and or work? I am using all HD HDMI cables and the laptop doesn't even recognize a single monitor. I have done everything i can...any help would be greatly appreciated. Lucky to get a single star.....really...

This item is fantastic and allows me to plug in one USB C into my laptop to get everything working. No mess and always consistent in function. I should have bought this a lot sooner and saved the hassle with all the wires. Allows for multiple monitors, wireless USB keyboard and mouse, camera, external speakers, etc. Very small and compact so I can hide it in the back and not worry about all the wires.

I bought this unit to replace another docking station that I was having issues with. That docking station used a double USB-C cable, so two outputs from the computer and two inputs into the docking station. When I saw that this unit was a single cable but still triple monitor output, I decided to give it a shot. I absolutely could not get the third monitor to show a screen. The computer recognized it was there, but no visual output. I returned it, thinking the issue was a bad HDMI port, and got another one. Same thing. So after spending HOURS online trying to figure out potential solutions, I came across a tip to reset the graphics driver by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Wndws+B. Low and behold, it worked! But it didn't stay working. Almost every morning I have to do that same sequence several times until the third monitor finally decides to cooperate, like a cold diesel engine trying to start. One other thing I personally don't like about it is there are no USB 3.0 ports on the back. On a positive note, I do like the design. It can be laid on its side if you need it to be under a monitor, or upright with the stand. The stand fits very snug, and I actually decided to hang it under my desk. Works like a charm and it's one less thing on my desk.

Love this doc! Seamlessly connects with plenty of ports. I have ran it with my MSI laptop, as well as my wife’s Samsung. I’ve never had a problem.

Do not purchase if you have an M2 Macbook Pro or later. The ethernet port is not seen as connected to your Macbook UNLESS you disconnect the Hub power supply, disconnect the 100W power supply, and then connect to your Macbook. Once registered on your Macbook, you can connect the Hub and 100W power supplies.

Works great, and it really helped cleaning up the snake pile of cords behind my computer. I added a 4TB storage drive to the side of it with velcro. Perfect! It also helped me add a wireless keyboard and mouse in my sound booth. Works as advertised!

I plugged everything in according to the instructions, but it did not work at all when I connected it to my Acer laptop. It was not compatible. When I contacted the manufacturer for support, they wanted $5 to talk to them. To me, their AI Customer service had some nerve. It would not answer a simple question. It kept funneling me to talk to a technician for a $5 fee. *%@!! really?!!? What a bad taste. I'm pissed! I would have tried to work with/troubleshoot the device some more, but the support from the manufacturer took all of the wind out of that sail! Refund ASAP!
