I use it on Manfrotto Autopoles in order to have less stands on the floor and these are fantastic and take up no room. I have a few attached to poles and they keep a neat studio since I'm in a small space.

Extension is perfect for exactly what I needed to do which is be strong enough to hold my Sony a 6400 and lens it’s so strong to the point that it can even hold my monitor so if you’re looking for something strong and sturdy, this is definitely the one for you it fits perfect in my neewer heavy duty clamp. If extremely stable in the unboxing circle less than one minute, the functionality of it all is awesome.
