Fits perfect, works as advertised
Bought to replace bulb in our home HVAC unit. Works great.

This bulb does not work in Honeywell UV Systems
When I tried replacing my bulb with this one, my system would not power on. I contacted the company who originally installed the Honeywell unit and they advised that replacement bulbs from Amazon are notorious for the sensors not connecting correctly to unit.They suggested to get an authentic bulb from a home improvement or hardware store. Once I did that, my unit powered on and works fine.

The bulb was a perfect replacement bulb for my Noneywell unit.

Bulb didn’t fit fixture without modifications
Bulb works fine, installation was difficult. It’s recommended you do not touch the glass on the bulb so you need to use gloves (I used nitrile). I say this because you need two hands on the glass part of the bulb to “force” it into the fixture (OEM Honeywell bulb you could handle the base only to install it). It also required me to modify the bulb base (cut, file, etc) to make it fit.

Use in my uv for my furnace. Burned out within a month. But seems to work for what I need it for.
