The right part
I had water standing in my water softener. It is a Whirlpool model that uses salt pellets. The unit is 16 years old and similar units are expected to last 15 years. So when I noticed the water I did what many do, I checked you tube for some tips. Everyone suggested the venturi gasket. I pulled the old one apart and immediately lost a tiny screen and thought, can I just replace the entire part. The picture looked exactly like mine, easy to install and the water level went down with the Regen cycle. So happy and glad my model was easy to find the replacement part.

Missing parts
Make sure to unscrew the cap to make sure all parts are included. Mine was missing the seal and red part with disk. These parts are shown in the photo — if this upgraded model doesn’t include everything in the photo, new photos should be added.
