Blaze Evercade Tomb Raider Collection 1

Excellent game!

I fell in love with Evercade, ever since I purchased the Interplay cartridge. Being able to revisit classic Tomb Raider games, is just the *expletive*! This is the Tomb Raider from the PS1 era, so you're not getting the redone graphics; and that's what makes it so amazing! It handles just like it would back in the early 90's (again, an extra bonus). Guess what! You get a physical copy of the game, which comes with the 1st three games in the original series, for one price, no need for any DLC! What a concept. For the price, and what you get, you'll regret not buying it!

The cheats work and it’s just the way it was on Saturn when I was a wee lad. The save function works better on this than the Saturn did.

Great trilogy from the past but at affordable price

OK...So peeps are saying it's the same as PS1. Yes it is , but it's gonna be better than you remember it because it's running 1080p from your HDMI output. Plus TVs now are crisper. Yes you can get an upscaler , but right now the picture you're getting is clearer than the original.Anyhoo .... The game itself runs fluidly without the original disc loading lag. Camera angles were always awkward ,and they still are.So is this game cart worth $24.99 ???. That is up to you. Personally I don't think it is. And would say a couple of dollars or so less would be good , but if you're a collector , then get it. I have the PS1 Mini , and I still find it more convenient to use my evercade.Anyhoo it's late...Goodnight !!!
