Very good product and comfortable to sit in it.

First of all- check tha availability of all the parts then start the assembly. A brochure was delivered with the chair mentioning if there is a part missing, contact and they will get the parts sorted. I trusted it and started assembly. There were 4 bolts missing and backrest is not yet assembled. Contacted in the number given on brochure. They asked to share the invoice. I did. After tgat no response from then in 24 hours. They have stopped picking up my call. Amazon customer support was helpful and they aksed me to return the item and they will get tye refunds processed. But I did assemble the chair and the gas pipe can not be dismantled without causing a little damage hence I cant returnit because it wont get adjusted in the original packaging. Only the seller can help me by supplying the missing parts and they dont intend to do that. Now I have half assembled chair wandering around my place Now about quality. Overall its good at this price point but some issues needs to be looked into. I have shared the iamges of the washer which holds the handle to the body. Very low quality, started getting damaged even when I didnt tighten then fully. I have shared images. These wont stand long. I will have to get good quality one from local market. Chair will be good if the makers do these tweaks and deliver all the parts. Unless these are sorted , its not recommended to buy it. I will call the local carpenter, get it dismantled and return it. Their ignorance got me annoyed.

Best product for office use i have order it because it was value omfor money product and color and are good but one day the back of the chair got broke after that I contacted to IAFA customer service and they send the replacement for the same immediately and really appreciated this kind of after sales service....

Product overall is ok. Functional and gets the job done for the money. - Few nuts provided for installation were rusty but they are good enough to use and get installation done. - Installation can be done by yourself though some effort is needed. - Plastic quality is average, there are few jagged edges and texture feels dusty. - Seat and Backrest are comfortable. - Wheel base movement and rotation is smooth, easy to move around. - Gaslift works well. - Chair's tilt travel is not much, only useful for slight leaning.

Comfortable and value for money

I had a very disappointing experience with this chair. The assembly was extremely time-consuming and unnecessarily difficult. Several nails/screws were rusted right out of the box, and many of them didn’t fit properly into the pre-drilled holes. I had to forcefully adjust and arrange the parts just to get them to align, which should not happen with a new product. The replacement process was also delayed, adding even more frustration. If you don’t want any hassle in life, don’t buy it. Overall, the build quality and hardware were far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this chair unless the manufacturer improves the quality control and provides proper fitting hardware.

Product is good but screws provided to attach are very small I am unable to fix the screws not satisfy with this product.
