I like this outfit alot on my 11 month old! I got the 18-24 months, the shirt fit him, and the shorts were long but the waist fit him perfectly too. So I believe these may run small. I rolled up the shorts a little to bring them up and not look like capris! Either way I love the material - super soft! Just keep in mind they run small!
