Insta360 X4 Screen Protector

This is a great screen protector for your Insta360 and has so far remained in place so it certainly does what it was bought to do

Fits perfectly with the Insta360 x4. The guide provided makes it very easy to align the screen protector.

Super easy to fit and covers the full screen. Once fitted it looks just like the original screen. Added protection for piece of mind. Better value on amazon than on other websites/insta store.

Had an issue with the first one,Then insta360 got intouch and sent me a free replacement,very impressed as I'd disposed of the first one in a fit of rage..This one works a treat ,thank you ever some much insta360 ...top product and deffo a top company 👍

Any expensive gear I have with a screen, I get a screen protector for it. The cost of an Insta360 x4 makes it easily qualify, especially as action cams get more abuse than just about anything else, and a perfect result is possible with a little care (more advice under the review).What I like:* Looks PERFECT when fitted - you wouldn't know there was a protector installed* The frame that's included makes it easy to get it in the right place* Screen cleaning pack has everything you need* The bubble remover is very effective during fitting (will keep for phone screens!)The not so good:* Only one protector in the box at a (relatively) high priceThat last bullet is why I've given it 4*. I think for the price you should really get 2 protectors, in case you make a mistake. A removal tool is included to re-do it, but when doing phone screens I've never got a decent result if I've had to lift and replace it (well, I did once but the bubble was on the very edge).If you're looking at 3rd party screens, I'm sure you'd get good results with a well known brand, but once on, you really wouldn't know it was there in this case, so I'm happy to recommend it.Review over - here's some fitting advice:I'm a dab-hand at fitting screen protectors. I've fitted dozens, perfectly bubble free. As well as my own gear, I do it for family and friends. You can be a dab-hand too if you follow 2 simple rules 1) be spotless, and I mean microscopically SPOTLESS 2) get the protector in the right place.Fortunely, this kit from Insta has everything you need, including a frame to centre it, so realistically, point 2 is covered. There is a dust magnet, a wet wipe, and a cloth to clean the screen. Use the wet wipe first, then the cloth, then be scrupulous with the dust magnet before fitting. Fit the frame, then check carefully for specs again and dab with the magnet if needed.Do it in as dust free an environment as you have, with very good lighting, and you'll see and tiny specs that might cause a bubble. An additional side light is good for this - it lights up any dust very well.Phone screens tend to stick themselves down top-to bottom (or the other was) and often go on with few or no bubbles, but due to the fitting frame, slight curvature of the protector, and screen size, it didn't work quite that way with the Insta. Don't panic though - the bubble removal tool works wonders as long as you've been spotless with your cleaning.So, be clean, don't rush and work in good light and you'll be fine.

The media could not be loaded. **"Very disappointed! After purchasing the Insta360 X4, I decided to get a screen protector from the same manufacturer, assuming it would be the best fit. I carefully followed the installation instructions, gently rubbing out the air bubbles, but the screen still cracked.With the refund, I’ll give it one last crack (no pun intended) and see if the results are any better. If not, I’ll be looking for an aftermarket alternative."*UPDATE!The video is of the replacement. Followed the instructions and made a time-lapse video. just one giant bubble. Looks like this is going back too.
