Damaged after 1.5 month
I bought this product around 5 weeks ago, and after minimal use, it suddenly stopped rotating and became completely unusable. I didn’t even bother contacting the seller because based on others’ experiences, it’s clear that customer service is unhelpful and refuses to take responsibility. For the price, I expected better quality and durability. Very disappointing – I won’t be buying from this brand again.

Very disappointed with this product. Purchased it on the 9th May - used it twice and it stopped rotating. Am not sure why cause it did not fall down or anything Is there a warranty can it be replaced .

Unsatisfactory Customer Service
This product worked for 2 weeks. I contacted the manufacturer TYMO and they asked for shipping details, a video for their technical team to see that the product wasn't working and then another video. They then refused to replace the item and said it was because they did not sell direct to me (I bought through Amazon). I gave them all the details even the barcode on the box and receipts. Very poor service

Poor quality and got faulty in 3 weeks
I bought for my daughter and it stopped working after 3 weeks. I contacted Tymo and they referred to amazon. Amazon didn’t entertain and there is no way to contact seller. What is the use of 2 years warranty?

I always wanted to curl my hair but I’m clumsy and have burned myself with other curlers. I love everything Tymo. This is so easy to use and made gorgeous curls. Start with low heat and smaller sections. Grow from there

Momentan bin ich vom Lockenwickler tatsächlich begeistert, macht wunderschöne Locken, die Akkuzeit reicht vollkommen aus, die technische Ausstattung für so ein Preis könnte besser sein , so wie Akkuladung Übersicht, Temperatur, auf Grund der negativen Bewertungen ich bin gespannt, wie lange der Lockenstab hält
