Wow! Perfect small freezer for family. This freezer was purchased to handle the overflow from our big kitchen freezer. The shelves with the doors keep bags of frozen vegetables and small ice cream bars secure. Very happy after first month!

This freezer came in perfect condition, no dents, no scratches, no marks; which is amazing considering the bottom of the box was broken and barely taped on, and made it easier to remove the freezer by just lifting the box up. I switched the door to open from the left. In less than two hours and the freezer was ready. It's really quiet; I don't hear it running at all. With drawers instead of shelves, there's less room than I expected. That's okay, I don't need that much freezer storage as this is just a back up. Overall, I'm thrilled with this freezer, it's exactly what I wanted.

The freezer is nice, as advertised. It is not frost free, but it is compact and holds a lot of items. However, the refrigerator was delivered and left at my gate next to the street. I have directions on my prime account to deliver on my porch. The gate is about 80 to 90 feet from the porch. The box was bulky and hard for me to move, The gate is right by the street and the box was left by the street where it could have easily have been stolen. I called Amazon, they were unable to do anything to assist, I had to get a neighbor to help me. Very unhappy with delivery

I like this freezer, it's just what we were looking for, i like the selves and the fact that they have a pull down door so nothing can fall out. the only thing I don't like is that it makes a lot of noice. Other than that is great.

Attractive. Inside design well- thought out. Notice fine attention to detail, even though mass produced. Did not think about it in advance, but extremely quiet.

We have been using this freezer for some time now. It looks and works great. It goes nicely with our wine cooler as well.

*** editing - customer service contacted us and gave a refund since it stopped working. They did not make us return it. We got this to use for our garage. Within a month it has stopped keeping the items frozen even though it’s on the highest setting. I don’t even know how to return it because I didn’t keep the original box.
