Yummy and effective
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This tastes soooo good! I usually take it before bed straight from the bottle. I sometimes take just a little but have it in conjunction with some organic magnesium capsules. I eat bananas almost every day so I am getting magnesium and potassium purposefully from other sources too. Why this one? Absorbability, price point, flavor, and I think it's good quality.

Taste great
I was afraid this is gonna taste terrible but it tastes wonderful. I think it has helped with leg cramps. I’m on the keto diet so supplementing magnesium and potassium is helpful.

Misleading label, decent taste—just not enough potassium
I bought this to help with low potassium levels, especially since I’ve been using Celtic sea salt for hydration and electrolyte balance (which can further deplete potassium). This is my first time trying a potassium supplement, so I went with a liquid to avoid pills.I didn’t read the label closely enough—despite the name “potassium magnesium,” it only provides 2% of your daily potassium but 119% of magnesium. That feels a bit misleading and disappointing.The taste is actually nice—sweet and a little sticky, but not too strong or artificial. The liquid is easy to take, and the packaging is solid.Unfortunately, I’ll still need to find a secondary potassium source. I just don’t want to eat five bananas a day. I also wish this formula were more concentrated.Just started using it, so I’ll update this review once I finish the first bottle to report on any results.

Honestly the taste is great and it works in 30 mins for cramps etc.. magnesium calms me very well
