Defective and un operational product without any one available to help on the product
Product not dispensing cold water at all and the refrigerator also not working. Tried to contact the Amazon online help chat which was again not at all use. Tried contacting the distributor/ supplier of this product, they are shut since lock down and non of the numbers in use. Over and above had to spend Rs.3,000/- for replacing the compressor. It’s totally use less to buy this product. Now I question all the other Amazon Basic products too.

The media could not be loaded. I am tired of calling Amazon, they are not sending the fix, they have sent all the details, the video is useless, my water dispenser is in the warning, I cannot even check it, there will be no cooling in it..

I have purchased this water dispenser from Amazon basics brand and it is need 25 days and it is leaking the water when I call to the customer care of Amazon they said that they will not provide service for water dispenser I need solution for my product and I need a replacement for my product which I have purchased guys Amazon is frauding public to gain benefits do not buy any product from Amazon and Amazon brands
