Great between Hair Color Days

I have been using this product for several years now and overall it works pretty well. Pros: it applies very easily Doesn’t irritate my skin Color match is very accurate It’s waterproof once dried Easy to bring with you for touchups Nobody can tell you’re using beard coloring Now for the cons: It’s a bit expensive for the quantity Sometimes it can splatter during application and it’s difficult to remove from clothing and other surfaces It’s somewhat difficult to wash out, I use duke cannon best damn beard wash which works well Sometimes it transfers to other surfaces , (loved one’s shirt after a hug, your fingers if you scratch your beard)

I had given this product a bad review because, frankly, I had no idea how to use it. This works wonders for a short/stubble beard. If your beard is long, it may not work as well because 1. you will run out of the product way too soon. 2. longer beard will be clumpy and unnatural feeling. 3 you may struggle to reach every part of your beard. What i recommend is to use the actual JFM dye and then use this as touch ups. It will work on its own but works better for very short beard. Don't touch your face or the product will be wiped out slowly throughout the day. Yes, even short beard may feel a little clumpy, but beats a gray beard.

What I love about this pen is the convenience, you don't have to worry about mixing the dyes and the mess that comes with it. The down side: it only lasts a day and washes out in the shower. It's great for touch up, but if you plan on using it everyday, it could get expensive. The colors come darker than the picture. I ordered the dark brown/black and as you can see in the picture, it is black as night. it goes on easy, and hardens somewhat, so your hair is kinda clumpy, but no one really notices unless you run your finger through it. Overall, it is awesome and time consuming, just wish it came in bulk at a discount.

My beard is turning gray. I use JFM Shampoo in Color regularly. On occasion I am not able to color the grays with JFM-SIC so I ordered FM B&B Color brush on for occasional applications. It comes in a tube like womens mascara? With a brush. My first time trying it I took no chances and applied it BEFORE showering to see how it goes on and experiment. I have a full beard and want it for the top line to cover those pesky grays that show from everyday beard growth and fill in a couple of small patches RESULTS: Worked great. It covered those grays and patches nicely and natural looking. For me this will be for occasional use under certain conditions. Use as little product as possible for better result CAUTIONS: > I will not use on hot humid days or when working out because iI think it def will run a little > My neck is not long so my beard does rub on my jacket collar some. If I was wearing a high collar shirt or coat especially if light colored or white I probably would not use it > If going on a date with a hot chick who wants to rub my beard... nope > Will come off on your fingers so be mindful all day (I like this cause I touch my beard too much as it is) I recommend as long as your mindful of application

Terrible. Do not buy. Clumpy and messy. Applicator is terrible. Trying to get excess off the brush makes a mess around the top of the bottle. It's essentially rebranded cheap mascara.
