While these are a pretty sturdy clamp their use its limited due to the lack of pressure they can apply. I think the gap between the teeth in the ratchet system are abit wide meaning in some cases if the optimum pressure point is in between teeth then there is either too much or not enough pressure applied and without a way to tweak the pressure it makes what is a very good tool a bit useless in some cases. For all other jobs within its remit though its decent.

These look chunky but in use they are disappointing, I find it difficult to exert significant pressure and the release mechanism is where you grip to clamp. I bought branded because I expected them to be good tools, sadly they disappointed. Put it another way. I’ve got several similar clamps and I use these last.

Bought these to hold my outdoor table cover on in the recent gales and they have worked fantastically well so on wood etc it will be a breeze (pardon the pun!!)

I previously have bought quiet a few various Wolfcraft clamps for my scale modelling and i have always been impressed, these are no exception,work perfectly.

Did not do the job properly and opening with a small amount of pressure applied.

Not a very strong grip. Tried several ways but still I have much cheaper clamps with twice the grip
