GREAT VALUE FOR THE PRICE!
This violin is PERFECT for the price! I figured buying a lower priced violin would be better than renting since it's my 5th grader son's first time trying an instrument out and the cost to rent would be more than buying if I bought one for under $100. I was nervous about buying a cheaper violin (good ones are over $100) but was pleasantly surprised with the quality and all the items that came with this product. It came with the violin, bow, rosin, extra string, tuner, shoulder rest, and the very durable and very lightweight case - perfect for a 10-yr old. It was everything the music teacher asked us to have along with the violin. Highly recommend this product, especially for beginners!

This is a cheap violin. It comes with everything ...
This is a cheap violin. It comes with everything you need to play, but the tuner is hard to use (we ended up having to tune the violin by ear to the piano). The violin itself doesn’t stay in tune at all. We also have trouble getting the shoulder rest to stay on. However, for the money it was worth it for us. Our daughter is young and has no idea that it doesn’t play in tune. She is excited that she can play “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star” and we can tell what she is playing.

Bow strings hanging off upon arrival
I don’t know anything about Violins or if this can be fixed or not. I purchased this for my daughters music class and she opened it to the bow strings hanging. She was upset with me like I got her a bad violin.

Neck separated from body after 6 months of gentle use 👎🏻
We purchased this for our son who started violin lessons (once a week) when we received it and would practice every other day for about 10-15 minutes. For the price we knew not to over expect and we didn't but we also didn't expect the neck to separate from the body within 6 months of what I would say was gentle and supervised use. Which is why I gave it 2 stars for value, 1 star for sturdiness and 3 stars for beginners. Had the neck not broken I'd say it was a good beginners violin for the price and would have given it 4 stars.

Great starter Violin
This violin is great for a young musician starting out. The studio where my son takes lessons tried to sell me a $300 violin. It is nice this violin comes with everything you need to get started, even a tuner. The chin rest that came with my violin was broken, but because of the low cost, I just picked up another one. Besides that my son loves playing this instrument. The size chart provided was accurate.

Good quality
Good quality violin but had to take it to a professional and have the bridge to lowered so it was a playable for children

Terrible, do not buy
I was dubious about the quality when I opened the packaging - loose threads hanging off all the straps of the case and the violin itself felt very light and flimsy - however the following was the feedback from my daughter’s violin teacher:‘This is a poor quality instrument and has a lot of issues that make it almost unplayable. The pegs do not fit correctly and do not fill the holes in the peg box. This means that they are likely to slip and loosen or be knocked out of place easily. Tuning will be very difficult to maintain due to the instability. The peg box near the A peg is incorrectly shaped so the string cannot be wound correctly. It is cut on a curve instead of a straight line. Again, this will affect tuning. The top nut (the little lip at the top of the fingerboard) is too high and needs to be sanded down. At the moment the strings are too far away from the finger board and this also affects how the fingers are placed. The bridge is not shaped very well and playing on individual strings will be much harder to manage. Also, the string notches on the bridge are uneven so the strings are unevenly spaced. The strings are of very inferior quality, as are the spares and will only produce a thin sound, nor stay in tune.’Cue one very disappointed 7yo.Spend a little bit more and buy a Stentor.
