We literally went from opening to engraving in 30 minutes.Performance wise, it's the first one we have purchased, but it performs just as good as our friends higher cost unit.Looks great, easy to use and conveniently sized , quite the value for the price.We used the included wood sample board, to print off a picture of our sons dog, that had passed the night before. With zero experience, we were able to print a plaque that was perfect.The laser height guide is convenient, we need to get a mat that will help us be able to locate 0,0 more easily, while using the app on our phones.This is the beginning of a new experience, and we look forward to seeing how it performs on other items and surfaces.Definitely something I'll suggest to my friends to get.

I’ve owned this less than 2 months and only used it 1 time. The laser has stopped working. I’ve reached out to the company and have not received a response. I’ve waited the time frame their support page shows and still nothing. In addition the instructions were in a different language, I could not find support specific to this product, the updates would not work, and had it not been for people on a generic Facebook page I would not have been to even use this machine once.

The media could not be loaded. The product is made of high quality material. It is a great price for a great product.I, however, have major issues with the customer service. I messaged the company from their website, where I ended up purchasing the honeycomb table. I asked them for which program would work best with the machine because the one that is suggested is... less than great. They kept asking for an order number, which I found irrelevant. They never answered me. So I'm going to do my own research. I'm planning to use Inkscape as it is a nice vector rendering program.On to the actual product and the results. It's easy enough to install. I do wish they had a better translator for their manual but it's not bad. I need to work on the power settings but I was able to accurately get an image engraved on the given material (craft paper.)I am trying to figure out the movements of the machine. It has sensors to stop it from going past a certain point... but it doesn't stop the machine. Definitely going to take some research and messing around with but I think this is going to be a great addition to my crafting.I gave it 5 stars, but I'd say a 4.4 overall.

I bought this because I am an architecture student and also love to do crafts on my free time. This will save me so much money on laser cutting and etching for architectural models. It was very easy to assemble and use. I tried both the pc and mobile app, I think the app is easier to use but the pc allows for more control. You can easily grab any photo from your phone and it will engrave it. Keep in mind the laser light is very strong and the sound is a bit loud but I can work with it. If you would like to do something like a water bottle you have to lift the machine on something. Overall this is great for me since I am mostly engraving on flat surfaces and the size of it is just right.

Hasta este día no he podido lograr usarla ,la aplicación nunca carga las fotos,al final siempre dice error vuelva intentar. Y es grande,no cabe en cualquier mesa.

The device does not work with the app as it states. It also does not engrave the materials as stated in the description. You need multiple programs to run the device and it does not work well.

The pictures show tumblers etc, however, there are no compatible rotary accessories that are USB or double male stepper motor ends. Sending it back didn’t get a response from tech support or Amazon.

Appreciate the very clear instructions. Parts fit together well with tight tolerances and no wobble. Easy to put together and to use. Very high quality product and results
