Comfortable and functional
These are the first resistance bands I've owned and I like them. I usually use them for glute/hamstring workouts. They're comfortable, durable, and don't slip and slide due to the grip. For some exercises, they don't stretch as far as I would like, but I think that is just the nature of fabric bands vs. elastic.

Wish it were more powerful?
I have only used the “heavy” one and i do exercise daily but do not consider myself a strong person but this does not give me any pain? Burn? I do not know if it is a good thing or bad thing. But I have to use it while to get the burn feel.

Strong material
The material on these is AMAZING! They don’t roll, and they fit comfortably. The level of resistance is perfect for my needs. Overall, these are a solid 10/10. I’ve had several brands of resistance bands, and these are by far my favorite.

Works great!
I got this to do at home exercises, e specifically squats and these bands have been great so far! They are thick and have good resistance. They feel and look well made. They also stay in place when squatting with it.
