I loved this! So thankful I was able to find this so I can pump properly instead of having to buy each flange size separately to see what size works! I have lansinoh discreet duo wearable breast pump and they fit perfectly!

I’m days away from delivering, and I waited until the last minute to try my lansinoh smart pump 3.0 breast pump. My nipple size didn’t for the flanges it comes with, I found this one and received it within 24 hours. I liked this because it comes with a nipple measurement guide to help know which insert works best. Found my fit, inserted it and tried it out. Success, didn’t hurt when I turned on the pump and my nipple fit perfect!

These perfectly fit my pump love love them they definitely made pumping a whole lot easier and less painful. I needed a size 16mm but the 17mm fits just as well !

The pump I got through my insurance has only 24mm flanges and the extras were expensive and I honestly didn't even know what size I needed. I just knew they didn't fit and they really hurt me. I was barely getting one to one and half ounces each pump too. I took a chance on these, I got the sizing tool too. One of my girls is a 20mm the other is a 19. There's a considerable size difference with them but I try to remember they're sisters, not twins. I put the 21mm flange insert in my existing flanges and the very first pump I did, I produced 3.5 ounces. First time ever in my entire pumping experience with two babies have I ever got this much. There was no pain during pumping either. The only con I can say about them is when you take them off after you're done, the suction is a little pinchy right where the edge of the insert is. They're super flexible though and do provide a little bit of cushion against the hard plastic flange.I'd buy these again, I'm so happy with my purchase. They're real affordable and for the price I didn't know what to expect. I was just desperate to try anything.Buy them!!!

The flanges fit perfectly into my lansinoh duo. I'm extremely greatful to finally have some flanges that fit and they were much cheaper than if I bought them from lansinoh. I also liked hoe i could try multiple different sizes. I appreciate the sizing chart too. I found out the nurse at my hospital had measured me wrong and that is why all the flanges I kept trying were too big.
