Sometimes my legs start hurting for no reason. Little leg cramps that cause discomfort. I chew a couple of these and im good to go again. The little cramps come when im low on magnesium. These are soft and taste really good. I'll continue to purchase these. The only ones I like after wasting money on others.

I wish they hadn’t changed the formula. The texture, taste and effectiveness isn’t the same. They work but not like the prior formula.

This is my third time ordering these magnesium gummies, the last two times they have been awesome. They help me relax and go to sleep and they are delicious. But my third bottle I just received is gritty and has a different taste almost. I'm not sure if they've changed the recipe or what the deal is. But I'm a little disappointed, it would be five stars if they were the same as they had been prior.
