BUG-A-SALT Camofly 2.0 Insect Eradication Gun

Unfortunately I couldn't find any creepy crawlies so had a target practise on some foil as recommended. And it's fantastic and shit holes straight though it from a couple of feet away. Next I had my son shoot my arm and then I shot his. No wonder it kills insects even from about 3 feet away the salt stings and leaves tiny red marks on the skin from the salt. This would be a great toy when playing dare with a few friends and some beer 😂

This is a fantastic tool for dispensing with the bane of my life - flies.Really well made and a small amount of salt goes such a long way.First thing I did was get my brother to shoot me in the arm with it from the distance you would shoot the flies as this gives you a great idea of the effective range.This gun is excellent from 3-6 feet once you have the aim and is just fantastic.Seriously, you'll never need / want any other fly catching / killing method after trying this gun.The price looks very expensive at first but once you see how well made it is - think of it as more of an enjoyable hobby than just a fly gadget - you will enjoy using this on flies.PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS GUN ON ANYTHING OTHER THAN FLIES - spiders etc are not a deserving target like flies / wasps are. Spiders are harmless and hate flies as much as we do - they are our ally :-)

Works well although some flies take more than one shot to kill, only slight issue is the safety switch, once the gun is cocked and safety is off you can't switch the safety back on if the fly flies off

It does the job and it's pretty fun too, but it's really expensive for what it is and it has a tendency to misfire.

I used to get so frustrated by bugs coming into my home. Sitting on my windows, on my food and even on me. Now when there’s a bug in the house I feel so happy. Best investment I’ve ever made, one small fill of salt gives so many shots, it’s powerful, you can feel it from a few feet away and it packs a surprising sting. Takes a little strength to pump it which is good because my kids couldn’t just pick it up and shoot each other. Bugs are afraid to visit our house now!!!

So I bought this for a job site I'm on in Ohio. The guys have a bad habit of leaving the trailer door open and we get a ton of flies in the trailer! This is a fun and effective way of dealing with the flies. That being said, it does leave salt all over the place, but that's easy enough to cleanup. It took a bit to figure out how it shoots, but now that I've got that figured out, it definitely takes care of flies. But, every now and then, I guess we come across a really strong fly because it takes several shots to kill it. Some of those shots are even at point blank range. But, still works great. As an FYI, I also added the Cosy Meadow Tactical Laser Sight Beam with Pressure Switch to mine. It works great. The only issue, is with flies, my guys still haven't realized that when they shine it on the flies, it hits their eyes and causes them to fly away. Definitely a great novelty addition to the Bug-A-Salt 2.0.

Nach nun mehreren Monaten Intensiven testen kann ich sagen das sich der Kauf auf jeden Fall gelohnt hat.Die Verarbeitung ist super und das Design gefällt mir sehr. Wer sich nicht zu schade ist nach der Jagt zu saugen, der sollte hier zugreifen. Ein kleines Manko gibt es. Wenn die Bug a Salt einmal entsichert ist, kann man sie nicht wieder sichern.Zum Thema Kindersicherheit kann ich sagen das man schon etwas Kraft braucht um zu laden und auch der Abzug geht nicht zu einfach. Top Produkt.
