I was looking for a hiking shoe that was lightweight but had solid tread. After trying nearly 20 different trail running and hiking shoes, I was blown away by this model. The heel is tight and the toe box generous. The tread handles all terrain well without feeling clunky. The upper is tight but not restrictive. If you like the running shoes feel, this is a nice crossover without the clunkiness of hiking boots
