I found this product to be defective and, in my experience, unsafe for its intended use. As a result, it was unusable for our business. I contacted the seller promptly, remained polite throughout the process, and made several good-faith attempts over the course of six weeks to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the outcome was very disappointing. The seller did not provide the refund I was promised. I was charged a large unexpected restocking fee, was not reimbursed for shipping costs either way, and was required to return the product in its original packaging. The original box had been damaged during shipping to me, was excessively large, and was not practical to save or reuse, making the return process unnecessarily difficult and expensive (lost hundreds of dollars). The entire experience cost me significant time and money, and I was left feeling that I had been scammed. Based on my experience with both the product and the seller's handling of the return, I cannot recommend this purchase.
