Perfect for what I needed!
Exactly what I needed! It’s not going to be the best base ever but all I wanted was something that played sound and had a knob to adjust volume. Before this i would have to go into my monitor settings and click the button underneath to adjust volume.Nothing wrong with it. Sound is clear not staticky, volume goes up a good amount. I think it’s a pretty decent speaker that is SO CUTE for the $$

Great for value a/v.. movies, television, projector
I got this speaker on sale for $9.99 so I wasn't expecting very much. Tbh my TV broke and I've been using a short throw projector until I can afford a nicer replacement. The picture is ok but the speaker sucks. Anyway this speaker blew me away. It sits about 15 feet from the couch I sit on when I watch and the sound is plenty loud but also crisp & clear... no distortion even full blast. I do wish there were at least base, treble... knobs, if not an equalizer, but so far the vocals, effects, and music all come across clear with no muddling so I've no need to change anything. One of those gems I sometimes get lucky to buy for much less than it's worth.

Exceptional for the price.
I now have five sets of compact speakers, this is the best looking and the second-best sounding. (The best cost three times as much - Creative Pebble 2.0). I have these under my monitor that I watch movies on, and they have a good quality bass and clear treble. The only criticism I can make is they are another electronic item with a stupid BRIGHT blue LED surrounding the volume control.I don't know why manufacturers are so in love with those annoying blue LEDs.Anyway, after several layers of black nail polish, the problem is solved. And they have plenty of volume. I cranked the knob all the way up, and where my old Logitech speakers were set at 55, these are the same volume at 30.So yeah, for less than $10.00, they are exceptional speakers. Look and sound good.

Stopped working, junk product
It took 1 month of minimal use..and when I say minimal I mean 2 hours a week. Doesn’t work anymore. How convenient that would happen just days after the return window closes. I want a refund

No off so it's always on
Pretty good speakers. Using them as permanent speaker for a portable monitor that has too low sound. Have it hanging down hair ties since the monitor is on a bed arm mount.

A $10.00 wood cabinet speaker?
This speaker is exactly what I needed to hear dialog in a center speaker on a desktop 5.1 system. There is no delay with the built-in amplifier. It has a convenient volume control (no on/off control). It looks nice and is the right size for a desk top. It is powered by a USB-A connector, using a 3.5mm stereo jack for the audio signal. That said, do not expect superior sound quality. There are two tinny-sounding drivers that are not going to do justice to any music you are going to feed into it, and it is not going to get very loud. If you need a great sounding stereo sound bar for your desktop music, look somewhere else. For dialogue in movies or voice files, it's a good deal.

Another Blue Beacon of Light
It would be 5 stars for the price, but here's the major drawback. The speaker features a very bright blue LED indicator light that, unfortunately, cannot be turned off while the speaker is powered on. In a dim or dark room (like a bedroom at night), this light is incredibly distracting and frankly, quite annoying. It's bright enough to be a mini-nightlight you never asked for. If you're sensitive to light when trying to sleep or prefer a dark environment, it's a big deal. It's fine for someone needing a cheap, decent-looking speaker for daytime use in a bright room, or someone willing to physically cover the LED light (tape, anyone?) to mitigate the annoyance.
