Excellent product - easy to set up, just the right size, good quality materials.

I bought this for our 10 month old to play safely in the garden this summer and I wish I could have purchased this sooner! I have returned 3 playpens before this - a plastic one which was bulky and hard to move and an eyesore, a “pop up” venture play pen which was ok but felt small and not as robust for a climbing baby, and I had a pen similar to this but it required to be assembled which just doesn’t work when you have a baby at your heels and not enough space to keep the pen up 24/7. This is sturdy, large, super easy to put up and down and store away - not too heavy and attractive I’m so glad I spent the extra money for this pen! It’s worth every penny!

If you have an active baby then go for this. I love the play pen because it’s quite compact and easy to pack away.

The only way this could be better is if it had a door to get in/out. The other thing I wanted to say, is that the floor is too thin, you need to put something in to soften up the falls.

Item would be ok if the company would respond to any contact made with them. Website support page fails with error, email address bounces back with errors. No response on social media. They advertise quick response and parts available but when product failed after only 3months it is almost unusable now without spare parts to fix it. Maybe only option is to put a refund claim in through the credit card company. The fold down door locking mechanism is only made of plastic and jams together and then snaps. Beware, seems this company don't provide any after sales support!
