I had used one of these dvd’s A while back (2015) and love it unfortunately I over used it and it stopped working. So after having my son I tried the gym and other workouts and did not get the results I wanted! So I searched and found the set of t25 on here and I have to say it’s my best investment I am at the end of week for workouts are intense but work and keeping to the meal guide I am down 10 pounds ! These work outs and other items I use to keep healthy have helped I can’t wake to see my results of week 10
