Philips Blender 1200W, 2L Glass Jar, With Chopper & Mill, 3 Speeds + Pulse

Smoke came out of the blender and it stopped working. It seems that the motor has burned out. How I can contact the supplier???

Good quality

Incredible machine. Solid glass material.

I bought blender three months ago, unfortunately blender jar coupler got damaged. Its been one month i am trying to contact for warranty or atleast the spare part, but still nobody contacting me and i cannot use anymore the blender because of this. Worst experience.

We have had this for 7 months, and we use the food processor almost daily. There plastic cracked slightly, but we are still able to use it. However, the large glass blender we have used maybe 3-4 times a month. And yet the thick glass jar of the blender chipped at the top in the dishwasher. For something that is dishwasher proof, and so thick, this should not happen. We always keep the glass jar and blender blades separately in the dishwasher, so it is shocking that the jar chipped off. Now we have to be extra careful using it so as not to cut fingers. Not pleased. I would have expected to last atleast 2 years for the price.

Strong quality

Since the blender itself is made of glass its really heavy to carry around especially if you have to wash it etc and it doesnt blend that well especially with frozen fruits and so on.. but its okay i guess you can find better blenders out there

ممتازه وقوية ماشاءالله

Works perfectly even after a year

The blender broke just falling over on the counter and the base of the chopper cracked, all in less than a year.
