I use Bodylastics resistance bands and have for years. After many years of destroying doors with the anchors and building a garage, it was time to put anchors in the garage.These are quality, but no one ever shows the product beside a tape measure. I did that here for you. Just a word of caution that your Bodylastics bands won't pass through. I use carabiners, so it's not a big issue for me, but carabiners can be pricey.

These KOMOHOM brand Resistance Band Wall Anchor Hooks are extremely robust. I love 'em. They're made from heavy-gauge steel, with a high-quality, durable finish. Included are two heavy-duty lag screws for each of the 3 wall anchors - 8 lag screws in all because there are 2 extra included. These super-strong wall anchors are designed to handle some serious resistance, so they really need to be mounted into a wall stud or, better yet, onto a piece of wood (like a 2"x4" or a 2"x whatever - see attached photo) that's firmly mounted into a wall stud. Of course, one or more of these 3 anchors could also be mounted onto one or more ceiling joists to enable completely completely vertical exercising.At just under $10 for each wall anchor (at the time this review was written) they had better be absolutely 1st class in every way, and these wall anchors don't disappoint. I love 'em and if you need heavy-duty anchor points you will too. You just can't do much better than this! 5 stars
