He’s been using it for two months and his hand and arm strength is unbelievable !

I purchased this for my son to practice arm wrestling. I gave it four out of five stars because it did not suction well on the table. So my husband built a table and screwed it to the table. He and his friends have enjoyed practicing with this.

I probably should have measured my arm against the dimensions of the arm wrestling training spring tool. This thing, once assembled, is tall and stiff. It came in a box with the washer and nut not bagged or taped and they were both jumping around in the box. Luckily, they didn't get lost because they hold the spring rod in place at the base. Once I assembled it, it was time to suction it to a clean flat surface. The spring rod is very stiff. I was able to move it a few centimeters to the left and right. This took is a great training aid for real/serious arm wrestling athletes. I am a recreational lifter and wanted to train my forearms a but and thought this item was perfect. The suction cups are not high quality and I can see them popping off anytime you muscle the rod down too far. I'll stick with dumbbell curls for now.

This actually is a nice way to build up forearms and biceps! I am impressed at how well this actually works. You do need a smooth surface to attach the suction cups to but if you can add a metal plate to a workout bench, you can totally use this in the shop or at home. It is nicely made and works well. A good value!

I can admit! I really wanted this to do good but it isn’t good. I was using it, and the suction slipped and, I smashed my fingers on my table. (choose a different item to dropship!)
