The dvd is ok and the content is ok. The moves are fast, but watch carefully and they are aiming to miss.

This has it all! If you want to learn about Balintawak Eskrima, as taught by GM Nick Elizar, look no further then this DVD. It is packed with techniques of which are presented as if you were in the class. Extremely good value martial arts instructional.

Cannot believe the amount of information on this DVD. Got it for a fiver and almost feel like I robbed them. No bull either just quality instruction in the basics.

Beyond awesome. Great training video and most highly recommended.... and for the price its a steal !

Excellent Dvd. Master Elizar is a great martial artist and I found his routine training very useful and complete. Awesome.
