Alien: Covenant

Good

I ordered this product in May out of sheer fascination and admiration for Ridley Scott. But to be honest, Alien Covenant did dissapointed me. Nevertheless I placed an order and I got a surprise from Excel Entertainment. I got a free DVD of Jude Law's Dom Hemingway. Great service folks. You guys supplemented this Film's greatest flaw. GENUINELY IMPRESSED. Keep up the good work Excel.

The movie promised much during the initial phase, but as it progressed lost the plot. Video and Audio are top class and so is the cinematography.

Alien series is always one of my favorites. I think Prometheus is better than Covenant. Even then this movie is enjoyable with many new concepts as compared to other alien movies.

Stunning visuals, the gripping atmosphere, and how it brought back the horror feel from the original Alien series. The mix of sci-fi horror and deeper themes about creation and evolution caught the interest of me. Michael Fassbender’s performance as both David and Walter was also highly appreciated.But there were some negatives too. I felt the plot was inconsistent and the characters weren’t developed well. The movie tried to include too many things, leaving some parts incomplete. I felt it didn’t match up to the earlier films.
