Solar Motion Lights for Outside Aluminum case(Not plastic), Outdoor Solar Flood Security Spot lights 1400LM 9W LED(130W Equ.) Garden Step Deck Patio Post Porch, 100-Week FREE Refund/Replacement(Black)

Most solar lights are marginal. This particular one is really good. Easy to install, absorbs sunlight well, even in cloudy days, and is super bright. I use as a deer deterrent and it works!

Ordered 2. One worked perfectly, the other didn't work. Contacted the seller and they were very prompt and helpful. Sending me a new light right away. We're very happy with the customer service. Well done! The working light we have is nice and bright. Simple install. We use to help light the backyard for evening dog breaks outside. In Pacific NW, we don't get much sun to charge solar things, but given this is motion sensor, it lasts us through the night. Don't recall a night where it didn't have a charge or didn't light at its fullest.

Died less than 1 month after installation. Water visible inside the area where the led's are. So much for the aluminum housing. Uninstalled it and found approx. 1 tbsp of water inside. Update. 5/26/26, received replacement for light. Customer Service was excellent.

I'd give this 10 stars if I could. The first one lasted 8 years, in the woods, working 24x7. I never changed the batteries once. It weathered storms, sub zero and over 100 degree temps. It was my driveway alert and picked up anything moving. It finally had an LED or two fail, but I replaced the batteries and even though it's down by 2 LEDs, it's still working great. I bought another also.

I've had the motion sensor light for 3-4weeks. It's great! Charged up fast-like 3-4hrs. Very bright and easy to install. We needed it for the back of our property, where it's very dark. We set it on the mode where a dim light stays on all the time (in the night) not to dim, but not bright either. Then we always have some light and then when the motion is set off- it goes to bright light and lights up a very good portion of the back yard. Very good product- we plan on purchasing two more! The "only" thing about the solar light is that the solar charging pad is right on the light-which I knew. So you have to put it in direct Sunlight most of the day, which we wanted. I have another solar light with the charging on a a 5 foot line which I can put it under a tree-but it's not as bright as the one we just purchased on Amazon.com I've been looking for a light like this for awhile- great buy.

The concept of having the panels located just above the light is a good idea. However, for my mounting situation, there were not enough adjustments to swivel the panel in one direction and the light in a different. I ended up mounting it with the priority being for the panel to best face the sun. That meant that I had to mount it on the front fascia of the roof, leaving it susceptible to snow/water sliding down onto it. It's only been up three weeks or so, and so far it is holding up. Time will tell if this will work. Also, the twist ring for tightening the tilt of the light, did not tighten up enough to hold it firm so I ended up reversing the base ring, leaving no adjustment allowance for tilt, but holding more firmly this way. All in all it seems a good product but lacks solid engineering on the construction. The light worked as advertised, using the first setting for a full time glow at night and a bright light when motion detection occurred.

I've been waiting to give a review. I wanted to give the device lots of time to charge before i reviewed it. I installed this on the backyard of my newly purchased home. The first day i let the device get over 8 hours of sunlight to make sure it had plenty of juice when i put it up. Well installation was a breeze but unfortunately, the motion sensor only detects if something is smack dab in the center it's vision field and close to it. I have 2 other solar panel lights with sensors on the front of my house and they can detect motion from the sidewalk and the street ( over 30 ft away ). This barely detects 10 feet away. I had some friends over and we stood in the middle of my backyard right in the field of vision and this turned on once. I was able to "sneak" across my entire backyard and it didn't turn on until i was directly under it. I'm really disappointed-- everything else seemed great about this and it's plenty bright but the sensor just doesn't work well at all. I can't recommend it. I give it 2 stars because it turned on... just barely. I'm not sure what the difference was. To be honest the manufacturer contacted me shortly after the review to offer to correct the mistake or provide a refund. I'm not sure if maybe the device had a smudge or dirt on the sensor and maybe some rain cleared it up. Or maybe the battery was just very low and needed extra time. But the sensor now works much better. The moment i step on to my back porch it turns on and that's about a 15 - 20ft distance from where the light is. Now it's working just as i had hoped.

Broken after one day. Lite wind broke the stem the solar panel was connected. Very weak point. Dont waste your money.
