Q: How do i request no dented cans?

Good question, whoever packs these should include more padding around them. I often get dented cans too.

Q: Could I use these babies in homemade tomato sauce?

I use them mostly in chicken noodle soup. But I am sure they would be fine in tomato sauce. Just don't expect them to taste the same as regular mushrooms. They hold up pretty well to boiling and stirring.

Q: What size are the mushrooms?

They are fairly small--and whole mushrooms, not broken pieces.

Q: Are the cans BPA free?

Yes, all of our cans are BPA free.
