This rice cooker is not intended for use in the UK! It uses an American plug and when we tried to plug it into the wall it shorted the circuit breaker. It's too bad, I was looking forward to using this rice cooker :(.

It should be much clear usage voltage! Especially it is on amazon UK, not amazon USA. Now we need to look for the transformer....

I’ve had my Zojirushi Neuro Fuzzy rice cooker for about two years now, and it still amazes me every time I use it. I mostly cook white rice (sometimes quinoa), and it always turns out perfect. Fluffy, consistent, and delicious. I usually mix the rice with a bit of rice vinegar, and the texture is just unbeatable.I also love the design! It’s such a cute, well-made machine, and even after all this time it still looks great on my counter. The little song it plays when the rice is done makes me smile every single time. It’s also super easy to clean and care for.The only thing I didn’t love was the spoon holder... It fell and broke, so I can’t attach the spoon anymore. But honestly, that’s a tiny detail compared to how great this rice cooker is.If you’re someone who loves perfect rice without any guesswork, this rice cooker is 100% worth it. Five stars, no question.

I live in Spain and was looking for a trustworthy brand so I purchased this zojirushi. (For reference it is an American plug but they provide a converter)Unfortunately the product wouldn't work for me and I had some difficulties but the seller was very helpful throughout the process! In the end I had to return the product but the seller provided great service throughout :)

Había escuchado recomendaciones de la marca, por lo que me animé a comprarla ya que no soy un gran experto cocinando arroz por cuenta propia :(. Desde el primer día quedé maravillado por lo sencillo que es usar el producto; además el arroz queda siempre al punto.Ahora es mi mejor amiga al momento de cocinar, ya que mientras me enfoco en otras tareas o platillos ya no tengo que preocuparme por si se me quema o pega; puedes apoyarte de la arrocera para hacer gran variedad de platillos.Su mantenimiento es bastante sencillo y la limpieza igual. Sin duda la volvería a comprar de ser necesario :)
