It's a fantastic item. And a good brand
Firstly, I love the colour.I love how the jug is very easy to clean and the discreet hidden away cord. I just love this bean. I'm now interested in purchasing the food processor but must be in the same pastal green. I think it's beautiful.My review! Is genuine and fair, in my view I am happy with the bran, the look, the feel and the function of the item.

I know it is just a blender but this makes me so happy :)
Feeling very odd as i am a very modern woman but I LOVE my kitchen ad cooking. I LOVE THIS BLENDER!!! It is so awesome (matches my mixer and toaster) and just makes me happy. It blends and does what it is supposed to do. SMEG makes such great quality appliances. You will not be disappointed.

Paying for the name. It broke after a few uses.
I bought this a long time ago but I barely used it for a year. When I did use it again, after only like 4 uses within the first year, it broke and stopped working. My engineer partner opened it up to have a look what might be wrong with it to fix it but he was shocked to see how cheap it seemed inside. You only pay for the name. I couldn't send it back or anything as I had had it for a year or so already. Wouldn't buy again. Sorry.

Dissapointed
I was very dissapointed with this product as it has plastic jug.The cleaning of it is very dangerous as you have to put your hand inside the jug to take the blade out.It looks very nice in my kitchen and I like the colour but it isn't practical especially for the money.

Initial impressions are great but ultimately not worth the money
It works really, really well. Ice cubes, smoothies, soups, all sorts.The base of the goblet has a poor design. It's attached to the main body of the goblet by some tiny screws and pieces of plastic. Unfortunately it takes so much force to attach the blades that the plastic will break sooner or later.Liquid can get into the handle. It's very difficult to clean.I was just about to embark on DIY fixes for those issues when the motor started to issue smoke.It lasted one week more than the guarantee period.
