So glad I found this and bought it !! No issues getting it cut at a hardware store !! Easy to put the pieces together and have had ZERO issues with this !!!

Easy replacement for an old rav key that got chewed up.

I purchased for my 2006 Scion TC, I was hoping to get the buttons from these new fobs & put them in my original fobs but the button shapes are a little different so I had to remove the brain from my fob & place in these fobs which fits perfectly inside of these. I had to pay $80 to have the key cut & found out I needed new chips & also had to have the programed as well. I think it's still cheaper than buying from the dealership the reason for 4 stars is because in the sellers description it says no programing necessary but for my model it is. The locksmith informed me that these keys/fobs are more for the Toyota models not scions but will work because they are still similar. Here's a few pictures the chip is the black rectangular shape in the corner of the fob.

I bought these cases because my old ones were shot, the new ones didn’t have the Toyota emblem on the back, so I took my old ones with the emblems and used them on these new cases.Put the components from old cases in new ones, took them to the local locksmith shop and had them cut. After given a price of nearly $200 for one replacement key for my 2006 Toyota RAV4 from a dealer, I went on a several year search for a cheaper alternative. Found these at $10.99 for the pair and thought I'd take a chance. The hardest part was finding a place to cut them. Hardware stores were either afraid to or arguing with me that it couldn't be done because of the electronics. Finally found a local locksmith who cut them both for $10.00 and they work perfectly! In fact, they look even more rugged than the original Toyota keys!

My 2006 RAV4 OEM key fell apart in my hands as I turned it in the ignition. Thankfully the remote transmitter (the guts of the remote) remained functional, so realizing I did not want to pay whatever ridiculous price my local Toyota dealer might charge, I took a chance on this item. They arrived quickly and after a quick trip to a local key shop to have the blanks cut to match my key, I put the remote buttons in place and popped the transmitter in. Works like a charm and the total cost for two replacements & key cuts was $16.

I love the idea of being able to replace broken keys without paying the astronomical fees at the dealer. Both keys to our 2009 Corolla broke within a week. The dealer sold us replacement keys without the keyless entry, so we were okay, except that the lever to open the trunk had also broken and the new key won't open the trunk!So I purchased the the KeylessOption cases for the purpose of being able to open the Corolla trunk. If you look at the picture of the KeylessOption, you can see that there is not a hole available for the trunk. I have no idea why. I didn't notice it on the picture before I ordered them. The good news is that our "innards" from the broken keys can still be pushed to open the trunk-we just have to be sure not to lose them.

I'm very satisfied with this product, and will recomend to who needs it. The product did arrived before May 9th, but I think, the dlivery could be faster.

Product arrived way earlier than I was told it would. Looks exactly like the original one less the logo on the back.

Good enough for what I paid. It sure beats $400 price tag from Toyota dealer.

It is very very good keyless.

Worked perfect ,even on my 2006 Yaris a great saving on dealer prices
