So far, this supplement has been working out well for me. I have previous experience with using DIM supplements from a different brand, and decided I would give these a try. The last brand seemed to work well but gave me bad gas and left me feeling bloated. After switching to this brand, I do feel less bloated and slightly less gassy. The pills themselves are easy to swallow, and I haven’t had any bad tasting burps from them like I have had from some other supplements. I also feel like is a brand I can trust, because they are also sold at GNC, Walgreens, and the Vitamin Shoppe to name a few. This brand costs slightly more than some of its competitors, but I feel like the extra cost is worth it, simply because I have less gas from using this brand.

I've only been taking it for a few days so I'll follow up if anything changes. As stated in the directions it's 2 pills with food and it has a 1-month supply. There was no terrible smell which is the first thing I look at when I order supplements. If I can't stand the smell I won't be able to take them without gaging. These were simple small pills and I noticed no unpleasant stomach issues after taking them. Again time will tell if they do as intended. But as of right now, I would recommend them.

As with pretty much any other dietary supplement, it is impossible for me to determine in a short period of time, and with only one bottle, if these fulfill the claims on the label to balance hormones in my male body. I will continue to take the capsules until they are gone, with hopes that I can experience a positive effect.Even then, is there really any way of knowing without getting blood drawn - both before and after taking the supplement - to determine if there is improvement in the hormones of my own body?With these thoughts in mind, it is impossible for me to give either a high, or low star rating - thus the middle star.

The big phase right now is powered fruits and vegetables in capsules.Estrogen is a main female sex hormone, while testosterone is a main male sex hormone. However, it is unclear whether these foods can address the health effects of high estrogen.It is hard if not impossible to critique supplements because how do you really know they are helping or better than another type or brand? Very difficult to know because any effect positive or negative, can be so gradual. Who knows for sure? This product may help but it would take weeks or months to notice if you even do at all. Blood work showing levels of Estrogen and Testosterone before and after a couple of months of use would be the best proof.Doctors can prescribe estrogen-blocking medications for off-label use in those with low testosterone for some time and are often well-tolerated. However, there aren't established guidelines for their use in males. More long-term studies are needed to establish efficacy and safety of the medications for this specific purpose.I believe it is important to talk to your doctor before taking any supplements as it may affect you and the way that other certain medications are broken down in the liver. As always, I recommend and it is always advisable to consult your pharmacist or physician when taking any medications including supplements. You can even bring the bottle in ask for medical opinion.The positives:(1) The price is reasonable; the bottle was well sealed with a safety seal. It appears to be manufactured in the U.S. but with some imported ingredients.(2) One main ingredient in this product is broccoli. Cruciferous vegetables contain a chemical called indole-3-carbinol, a chemical that may have anti-estrogen effects. According to my husband, these supplements work really well. He says they feel stronger than the other DIM supplements he was taking. The things he's felt since taking these supplements are more motivation to do things, more energy and less fatigue walking around. He likes that these are a little smaller in size and that they are easy to swallow. Overall, supplements are hit and miss, but these are a hit for him so I'm happy.

Pills are a nice size with no taste or smell, easy to take. Even though my doctor doesn't seem to know what DIM is (it isn't in their computer for supplements) I have been using another brand for a while now but it isn't always in stock so I thought I would give this one a try. So far so good, time will tell.

Smells and tastes terrible, and leaves an aftertaste. I didn't even last a week. Didn't notice any difference. I threw it away.

So far so good with no negative effects, I've been taking it for a few weeks and like all supplements you really don't know what they are doing in your body. Hopefully this is helping but as of today I can't be sure. I'll continue to take it and report back.
