This thing is no joke! If you are nearby and a pest meanders into it, it'll startle you with the sound! haha Great product and works splendidly. No complaints other than the smell some of these critters leave when they are being zapped. Maybe a scented version in the future? :)What really got me to write this review was the customer service! Seller was very communicative, friendly and responsive. Answered all my questions and made sure to keep us up to date on everything without being hounded like most companies. Bravo and 5 stars all around.
