Great for 2 year old!
My 2 year old love this “ray-bow”. I wouldn’t purchase this for a toddler that still likes to chew on things and doesn’t know how to be gentle when asked. Although it isn’t the most sturdy, it does the trick and it’s well loved in our house. Cute decoration for her play area too.

Using for my Sunday School class. Cute and practical. Arrived in a timely manner. Well packaged.

It’s not Grimm, is that really what you’re expecting???
Obviously this is not a Grimm’s rainbow. Don’t expect that quality from this price. There are chips in the paint on virtually every block and it’s poor quality wood (if your kid were to throw them on the floor at the wrong angle, they’d probably break). I wiped the rainbow when I opened it. There was some coloring that came off on my paper towel. That was a bit alarming. I would not let my kid put this in her mouth.Personally, I just wanted to see what the hype about the rainbow stacker was all about and if I wanted see if my daughter would even like it. I didn't really want to spend around $100 to get the Grimm's rainbow and find out my daughter doesn't have any interest in it.In terms of sizing, it is big enough to drive a toy car through it. It stands by itself, as you can see in my pictures. I think this is completely worth the price.

Great learning toy
Great toy it’s versatile, promotes creative play. I like that you can create more than just a rainbow. My daughter made a tunnel and drove her car threw, stacked them standing up, and preten to eat watermelon slices, I’m sure there will be much more creative ways to play with this toy. The wood quality is pretty solid my daughter likes to play rough she has already tried using them as drum sticks. The paint doesn’t seem the best. Some other the paint has transfered on to another color, so the paint naught not last long. My only complaint is the purple is a lot lighter than the picture shown online I still gave it 5 stars because it’s a great learning toy that can be fun also.

Poor craftsmanship
Just arrived and I can tell the box was previously used or opened. Almost every color either has chipped paint or other paint colors on the wrong piece. Orange has yellow on it, red has orange, blue has purple marks, etc. My 2 year old seems interested at the moment but just disappointed in the care and quality.

A hit for kids of all ages
We have been looking at these rainbow stackers on Amazon and took a while to figure out which set to purchase. This one is exactly what we wanted! As soon as we opened it our kids (4 and 1.5) were all over the pieces trying to figure out how they fit together and in what order. A tug of war quickly ensued over the biggest piece. Good quality, nice smooth finishes. There is a bit of spatial thinking involved in figuring out how to place them in the right order and facing the right way. I could also see this being used as a desk toy in an office (though maybe a bit too big and brightly colored for that purpose). Very happy with this set!

Creative ways to play with it
My 3 year old granddaughter needed me to play with her to explore how to play with it. It was fun once she experimented and built it standing up, laying down, twisting the colors around. It is a nice quality, pretty colorful, sturdy. I wish the cardboard box was a plastic container to put away but the box is ok. I would but to give as a gift.

Nicked and scratchy Edges Purple is Lavendar
So not worth it. The upper edges of several arches are nicked and SCRATCHY as i ran my aged calloused fingers over them! They're visible dinged, but painted over -- so you with kids, BEWARE!. And i looked at several of these rainbows choosing this mfg/supplier for the eggplant-purple core. It's not screen distortion to get a mid lavendar pastel purple -- it's a lie! I am annoyed by the poor quality and the misrepresentation. I'm stuck with it -- don't you be. Get another supplier..
