This is the worst book on marketing. States the obvious. Do you want sell? The magical answer is know your customer. Do you want to create a product ….. know your customer.The team which made the Amazon profile for this book did a better job than the author who wrote the book. Full marks to the marketing team for fooling me into this purchase.PS Amazon should have 0 star policy for violating a customers trust
